Family Support Of People With Mental Disorders Improved Interventional Research

The families of those with mental disorders are gradually in the edge and vulnerable position of the society due to their illness and the decline of family support ability,which need more attention and support from all sectors of society.Structural family therapy focus on the influence of human growth and development,under the guidance of this model,this paper analyzes the rehabilitation of family structure disorder and the family support decline,social work intervention family service effect and insufficiency,further analyzes the cause of insufficiency,and put forward some Suggestions on how to improve rehabilitation family structure and improve support ability.This paper collects data through semi-structural interview method and semi-structural observation method,takes the services carried out by H Guangzhou Mental Health Comprehensive Service Center as an example,and analyzes the relationship between the improvement of family structure of mental disorders and its support ability from the practical model of structural family therapy.Family is the most direct support system,is also the key place to promote the personal growth of rehabilitation,but mental disorder rehabilitation family ecosystem fragile,structural imbalance,internal subsystem boundary is not clear enough make the operation of the whole family system and the interaction between family members in a bad condition,family endogenous motivation and external support,is insufficient to the social work as a compensatory external professional force for mental disorder rehabilitation family structure is more important.Social work follows the advantageous perspective,discovers the potential of the service object,and pays attention to the important influence of the environment on the service object.H,The Mental Health Integrated Service Center,under the guidance of the energy enhancement theory,Through a series of family services to clarify the boundaries between the family subsystems,enhance the communication and interaction between family members,and the ability of families to resist risks,It also focuses on improving the maladaptability of the recovered families by expanding the colorful family culture,With the unique advantages of social work to promote the remodeling of the family structure and then improve the family support ability,Got certain results;But its service effectiveness is also insufficient,It is mainly reflected in the single way of improving economic support ability,the lack of continuity of improving development support ability,and the narrow scope of re-socialization support ability improvement;Through further observation and research,The reason for these deficiencies is because social workers encounter obstacles in the family structure of people with mental disorders,Including social work is difficult to intervene in the boundary of excessive adhesion,unsystematic intervention services are insufficient to help the recovered families to resist the risky pressure events,the structure of the recovered families is seriously difficult to break and the dynamic adaptive changes of the family is not paid attention to,These barriers affect the improvement and sustainable development of the recovered family support capacity.Therefore,the author puts forward suggestions to promote the improvement of the family structure of social work involved in mental disorders,so as to cultivate a healthy family structure and improve the family support ability.
