| Homework is a necessary supplement and extension of class and an essential basic link in teaching activities.By completing the homework after class,the classroom teaching content can be consolidated in time,and the students’ construction ability and scientific thinking ability can be exercised,so as to improve the teaching quality;At the same time,teachers can get timely feedback from their homework after class and adjust the teaching rhythm accordingly.However,influenced by the concepts of "exam oriented education" and "sea tactics",some students need to deal with various counseling courses after completing a large amount of homework,which has an adverse impact on their physical and mental health.In order to improve the level of teaching and education in schools,the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued the opinions on further reducing the homework burden and after-school training burden of students in the stage of compulsory education in July 2021.The release of this document has had a great impact on students,teachers,parents and other aspects.At the national level,make a unified plan for the arrangement of after-school homework for primary and middle school students.For junior middle school students,the total time of after-school homework every day should be less than one and a half hours.The content of this paper is how to Design after-school homework and ensure the teaching quality under the background of "double subtraction".Firstly,this paper combs the research status of reducing students’ homework burden and junior middle school physics homework design at home and abroad.Secondly,guided by the compulsory education curriculum plan and curriculum standards,based on the five theories of constructivism,humanism,multiple intelligences,recent development zone and physics learning psychology,this paper investigates the students and teachers of a junior middle school in Jinan in the form of questionnaire and interview,in order to master the current arrangement of junior middle school physics homework,and on the basis of statistical analysis,Summarize the current situation and challenges of physics homework design in junior middle school.Thirdly,it puts forward five principles and eight strategies of junior middle school physics after-school homework design under the background of "double subtraction",and demonstrates with examples.According to the strategies,it designs the junior middle school physics after-school homework template,and puts the template into teaching practice,which is illustrated by citing two teaching examples of new teaching and exercise class.Finally,through the form of test,oral investigation and interview,understand the views of students and teachers on the improved homework,and draw the research conclusion.Based on the five principles and eight strategies of junior middle school physics homework design proposed at the theoretical level,this paper designs the template,carries out comparative analysis,practical test and interview questionnaire,and draws the following conclusions: the principles,strategies and templates of junior middle school physics homework improvement proposed under the background of "double reduction" can effectively reduce the amount of homework on the premise of ensuring the quality of homework,Improving students’ consciousness of completing physics homework and their interest in physics can better meet the needs of students at different levels.At the same time,students’ attitude towards physics homework has also improved.Moreover,it can also provide ideas and help for teachers to Design after-school homework,so as to reduce their workload.Finally,it summarizes and reflects on the problems studied.The design principles,strategies and templates of after-school homework proposed in this paper meet the requirements of homework improvement under the background of "double reduction",help to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of middle school students,and lay a foundation for further research. |
