| The requirement of large-scale personalized learning makes the research and construction of intelligent adaptive learning systems a topic of interest.The core of achieving adaptive learning is to complete the intelligent organization of learning resources and personalized recommendations of learning services.In recent years,the intelligent reorganization of learning resources is concerned due to massive digital education resources invested by governments at all levels and education departments.In order to give full play to the benefits of digital teaching resources,intelligent reorganization has become intelligent learning resources.On the other hand,to realize the structured organization of resources for adaptive learning,it is necessary to use knowledge graphs to structure them.However,engineering approaches are implemented mainly by manual construction.Therefore,using intelligent methods to realize the knowledge graph construction of existing resources has become a critical technical problem.Firstly,this paper utilizes the database transformation technology,designs a mapping method for the attribute graph data model,completes the transformation from the original relational teaching resource database to the graph data structure,and realizes the semantic organization of teaching resources based on the knowledge graph.At the knowledge graph construction phase,the automatic association model between teaching resources and knowledge points based on entity linking technology is used to identify the keywords of knowledge points implicit in the text content by analyzing the subtitle text data of teaching resources and linking them to knowledge points.Constructing the relationship between knowledge points and resources can help organize the learning resources relying on knowledge points.Based on the above research and design,we realize the prototype of the intelligent reorganization system of education resource,which integrates functional modules such as ETL database conversion module,knowledge resource automatic association module and knowledge resource association visual management module.Experiments have proved that the approach of the intelligent reorganization system of the education resources implemented in this paper is feasible,and the functions meet the requirements.The knowledge graph of the relationship between knowledge points can provide the underlying support for implementing the adaptive learning system. |
