| In the evaluation ofcollege young teachers caused by the alienation of the“Five-only”evaluation system,the evaluation of young teachers is faced with a new governance,in the context of “Breaking the five-only”,resulting in the phenomenon of the evaluation standard absolutization and evaluation index quantification.The General Plan for deepening the reform of educational evaluation in the new era points out that efforts should be made to broaden the evaluation system for young teachers,curb the all-round development of young teachers.This paper mainlyadopts the method of literature and Theoretical Research to conduct in-depth research on the breaking and standing of college young teachers’ evaluation under the background of breaking the five wests,and through the analysis of the content and influence of breaking the five wests,in view of the policy requirement of “Breaking the five-only”to“Establishing”,colleges and universities should govern the evaluation system centered on“Only”,implement the system that governs the balance between scientific research evaluation and teaching evaluation,and improve the development and training quality of young teachers,it is urgent to strengthen the academic community of young teachers and promote the academic development of colleges and universities.Under the background of “Breaking the five-only”evaluation,combining with the existing research on the evaluation system of young teachers in colleges and universities,in the process of evaluation,young teachers should expand the “Ecological circle”of developmental evaluation: from “Isolation”to “Multiple development”,and improve the“Evidence chain”of process evaluation: from “Result-oriented”to “Broadening”,strengthening Young Teachers’ academic recognition: From “Coquantification”to “High quality”,exploring the “Diversity”of value-added evaluation: from “Closed”to“Open”attribute transcendence. |
