In recent years,under the guidance of the relevant national guidelines on correct guidance,active encouragement,strong support and management according to law,private colleges and universities in China are forming in a rapid way of development with rich types of levels,perfect structure and functions,and full of vitality.As an important part of China’s education cause,private education institutions are the key driving force of China’s higher education reform,and have made immortal contributions in alleviating the demand for skilled talents in various fields.But in many ways,there are large differences between universities and private colleges and private colleges teachers to gain advantage in the fierce competition environment,reasonable and scientific compensation system is to determine staff ability and level,the key determinant of talent attraction and stability of motivation plays an important role in such aspects as.So,how to design and build a reasonable and conform to the development of private colleges actual salary system to encourage the excellent employees,effectively improve employee satisfaction and management initiative,have become issues of common concern by many private colleges and universities management,also is the key to promote the development of private colleges.Based on this,the thesis ZY non-government college students as the main research object,firstly summarizes the ZY run college of the existing system of human resources and compensation management system,and then to the compensation management theory as the research foundation,combined with the incentive theory and design method of performance,and through the use of paper method,questionnaire investigation,case study method and other scientific research methods,The paper makes a deeper analysis of the main research objects,and analyzes the problems and defects existing in the salary management system of ZY private colleges,and summarizes the optimization of the salary system of ZY private colleges,such as the formalization of the salary system,the incomplete assessment content,too much emphasis on short-term performance assessment,serious malformations of assessment indicators.The salary system of ZY private College is adjusted and optimized according to the work characteristics and contents of the staff in different departments of the research object,by means of salary level research,position analysis and career evaluation,etc.,and the former simple evaluation index and system is changed into a comprehensive and multi-angle evaluation method.Including administrative personnel,education,personnel and logistics personnel three aspects optimizes set respectively,the optimized salary design highlights the fair and competitive salary system,various aspects of multi-level needs more adapted to the worker,makes every effort to this setting can increase employee confidence and interest in work,reduce the worker don’t balance,reduce the worker’s brain drain,And thus promote the long-term development of ZY Private College.In order to ensure that the optimized compensation system can be implemented smoothly,this study also puts forward some targeted measures.
