With the strong support of the government for education,the popularity of higher education has become higher and higher,and the scale of enrollment has expanded significantly.Compared with 2010,the scale of postgraduate enrollment in 2021 even increased by 118.77%,which increased the number of students needed to be guided by each tutor and the pressure for tutors to guide students.Student guidance is an important factor that can affect the quality of talent training.In addition to the increasing pressure of student guidance caused by the increase of the number of students,the current student guidance is also lack of process management and records.How to realize the process management of student guidance through information means is the top priority of the current work.However,the current teaching information system mostly focuses on the management of students’ daily affairs such as student employment management,practice management,mental health,dormitory management,and course selection,which is usually used by the Academic Affairs Office of universities.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a tutor-oriented student academic guidance system to provide process management means for tutors’ student guidance.At the same time,since entering the information age,the number of academic literatures on the Internet has ushered in an explosive growth,which makes tutors and students need to spend a lot of time and energy on literature retrieval.This means that tutors and students are facing an increasingly serious problem of information overload of academic literature.Based on the above background,this thesis uses MVC design mode to design and implement a tutor-oriented student academic guidance system based on B/S architecture.In the process of system development,Vue.js and Element UI are used to implement the front-end page of the system,Spring Boot,Spring MVC and My Batis are used to implement the back-end of the system,and My SQL is used as the main business database of the system.The system achieves five functional modules: personal center,school management,academic guidance,academic achievement library and graduate tracking,which can effectively improve the efficiency and effect of the tutors for academic guidance.In addition,aiming at the problem of information overload of academic literature faced by tutors and students,the system provides the function of academic literature recommendation in the academic guidance module to achieve the personalized recommendation of academic literature for different users.The system designs a twostage recommendation model of recall and sorting to achieve personalized recommendation of academic literature.The recall stage is based on EGES graph embedding algorithm.By calculating the similarity of embedding between users and literatures,academic literatures are filtered into a smaller set of candidate literatures.The sorting stage is realized based on the Light GBM decision tree algorithm,which predicts the user’s click probability of candidate literature by learning the users’ historical behavior,and returns the Top-N literatures with the highest click probability in the candidate literature set to the user as the final recommendation result to complete the recommendation.This thesis compares the academic literature recommendation model used in this system with the mainstream algorithm on the Cite ULike data set.The experimental result shows that the academic literature recommendation model used in this thesis has better recommendation effect.At present,the system has been developed and passed the test,and is in the trial operation stage.During the trial operation,the system function is stable and can meet the needs of users.
