With the advancement of mathematics curriculum reform,the six core competencies of mathematics have gradually become a research hotspot.Among them,the literacy of intuitive imagination is an important means of discovering,proposing,analyzing and solving problems,and it is the basis of thinking for exploring and forming arguments,conducting mathematical reasoning,and constructing abstract structures.The quality of talent training of the times.Although the term intuitive imagination literacy did not appear in the compulsory education stage,it has penetrated into junior high school mathematics,and the junior high school stage is also a key period for cultivating students’ intuitive imagination literacy.meaningful.This paper investigates and studies the intuitive imagination literacy of junior high school students through literature research,questionnaire survey,interviews and other methods.After a lot of literature research,it is found that the three-dimensional and four-level index system of the intuitive imagination literacy of junior high school students compiled by Dong Linwei and Yu Ping has high operability and rationality.This paper uses this index system,combined with the compiled test paper,to test the ninth grade students of a middle school in Shihezi City,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and conduct interviews with teachers and students.Finally,analyze the test and interview results,draw research conclusions,and put forward teaching suggestions.The study found that the students in grades 1 and 9 have a good level of intuitive imagination literacy,and most of the students are at level 3 and above,meeting the basic requirements of the curriculum standards;Insufficient drawing ability and fear of mathematics have affected the development of students’ intuitive imagination literacy;there are differences in the development of various dimensions of intuitive imagination literacy among students in grades 3 and 9.relationship with mathematics,grasping the relationship between different things)lags behind;fourth and ninth grade students’ intuitive imagination literacy level is significantly positively correlated with mathematics achievement,there are differences in the intuitive imagination literacy level of students in different teachers’ classes,male and female students’ intuitive imagination literacy level There is no significant difference in the level;5.Teachers do not pay enough attention to and understand the literacy of intuitive imagination and lack of awareness of using information technology.On the basis of the research conclusions,the following suggestions for cultivating intuitive imagination literacy are put forward: 1.Strengthen the interpretation of curriculum standards and textbook analysis,and infiltrate the literacy of intuitive imagination;Intuitive image;4.Strengthen the training of image recognition and mapping to improve the ability to combine numbers and shapes;5.Carry out inquiry-based teaching in combination with problem situations;6.Implement large-unit teaching and build a knowledge network.
