Research On The Cultivation Of Youth Handball Reserve Talents In Jiangsu Province Under The Background Of Sports Education Integration

As a comprehensive ball game,handball is not only the largest indoor ball game in Europe,but also attracts many fans around the world.China’s handball career started late,started in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,experienced a tortuous development process.In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition of handball in the world,the development of Handball in China is very slow,and the gap is very obvious compared with the world’s handball powers.Do not have a high level of technical update slow,popularization and promotion,weak mass base,and the low degree of marketization development defects seriously restricted the overall development level of ascension in handball movement,in order to keep up with the trend of the development of world handball,must start from the basic training,management,talent reserve and so on,gradually close the gap between traditional handball teams with the world.Based on this,this paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method,field investigation method and other research methods,under the background of the integrated development policy of sports and education,takes the cultivation of reserve handball talents in Jiangsu Province as the research object,analyzes the status quo of the cultivation of reserve handball talents in Jiangsu Province.This paper discusses the problems existing in the cultivation of reserve handball talents in Jiangsu province,and puts forward the improvement methods,so as to provide some referential experience for the cultivation of reserve handball talents in Jiangsu province,and further promote the development of handball in Jiangsu province.The results are as follows:1)Jiangsu Province attaches great importance to the training of youth handball reserve talents,and comprehensively improves the training quality of youth handball reserve talents through policy guidance and financial support.Primary schools,junior and senior high schools and amateur sports schools are the main forces for the training of young handball reserve talents in Jiangsu.The handball reserve talent base,the construction of traditional handball schools and the number of handball reserve talent sent to the national handball team all take the lead in China.2)Junior handball reserve talents in Jiangsu province mainly come from ordinary students;The weekly training times and training time of athletes can be guaranteed,but the distribution of athletes’ sports levels is unreasonable,high-level athletes are short,and the middle strength reserve is insufficient.Most of the athletes can ensure the time for learning cultural courses,most of the athletes attach great importance to learning cultural courses,but the overall academic performance is not ideal,the number of excellent students is small,poor students are more.3)The proportion of male and female coaches of youth handball reserve talents in Jiangsu province is not coordinated,and the majority of coaches are male.The age structure is reasonable,covering the three ages of old,middle and young.Most coaches have been teaching for a long time,their educational level is not high,and the distribution of professional title and sports level is unreasonable,which is manifested by the lack of high-level talents with high educational background,professional title and high-level talent.4)The training funds for youth handball reserve talents in Jiangsu province are insufficient,and the source of funds is relatively single.The main source of funds is school financial allocation,and there is no sponsorship from social organizations.The sports facilities are well built,and the coaches and students have high satisfaction with the sports facilities,which can basically meet the needs of the school’s daily handball training.5)teenagers handball backup talent cultivation in jiangsu province there are policies and regulations is not perfect,each department importance is not enough,the body of the teaching fusion,the separation athletes culture quality overall level is not high,teenagers handball competition system and training system is not perfect,high quality coaches are scarce,coaching ability is not strong,as well as the safeguard mechanism is not sound,culture transmission channel not unobstructed five aspects.6)in jiangsu province teenagers handball backup talent cultivation should build collaborative teaching fusion strategy,overall layout of the talents cultivation,connect body to teach the fusion circulation channels,and improve the backup talent cultivation of closed-loop chain,build teaching communication platform,to strengthen the reserve personnel training resources integration,innovation teaching fused development characteristics,focus on personality development.
