| The purchase of catering materials in Colleges and universities has the dual attributes of education and market.It is an important part of the catering security system in Colleges and universities,the source of catering security in Colleges and universities,the basis of catering security safety and efficiency.It relates the health and safety of teachers and students and the harmony and stability of the society.Based on this,it is necessary for us to apply the theories of procurement management to the practical work of the management of the catering suppliers.Taking the catering procurement department of Z University as the research case,this paper expounds the current situations of catering suppliers’ management of Z university through interviewing the heads of various logistics departments and statistical analysis of catering procurement data of Z University,and finds the main problems existing in catering suppliers’ management:lacking of the catering suppliers’ classification management system,lacking of the suppliers’ selection and evaluation indicators,lacking of the suppliers’ incentive mechanism,and lacking of relationship maintenance with the important suppliers.In view of the problems existing in the suppliers’ management of the University,by referring to the current mainstream ideas and concepts of the suppliers’ management,and in the light of the author’s own work experience,this paper puts forward the optimization ideas and improvement schemes,as well as the implementation and guarantee measures of the schemes.The the optimization of catering suppliers’ management of Z University,the selection of catering suppliers and the improvement of evaluation index system can reduce the total procurement cost and improve the catering supporting capacity of Z University.Besides,it has a certain reference and model for the suppliers’ management of logistics service entities of the brother universities. |
