| In this paper,the kinematics characteristics of the lower limb swing technology of the three triple jumppers Zhu Yaming,Wu Ruiting and Fang Yaoqing before the 2021 National Track and field Championship and Olympic selection were studied,and the nissan CASIO FH25 digital high-speed camera was used to shoot the competition spot.DARTFISH kinematic image processing software was used to collect the angles of each joint in the lower limb take-off.Through video shooting,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)According to the analysis results of the average horizontal speed data of the first five meters of the board,the three athletes all reached a very high level of displacement speed,and the second to last and the first run-up speed of the three athletes showed a trend of rapid improvement.Among the three athletes,Zhu Yaming had the best boarding effect.(2)According to the observation of the change of the utilization value of the horizontal speed of the three jumps,the athletes all show the trend of increment by jump.Zhu Yaming’s performance is relatively perfect(0.81m/s,0.97m/s,1.04m/s),Wu Ruiting’s first jump value is relatively large,which is consistent with the relatively small Angle of the entry jump and the high height of the rise,which proves that this jump is slightly braking;The utilization value of fang Yaoqing’s third jump speed is relatively small(0.86m/s),indicating that there should be more room for improvement.(3)From the analysis of the change of the Angle and height of the jump,it is proved that the center of gravity fluctuates greatly in the three jumps of Chinese athletes,especially in the first and third jumps,slightly higher in the air,which is consistent with the overall smaller Angle of the two jumps,there are restricting factors that are not conducive to the full utilization and maintenance of horizontal speed;Zhu Yaming shows that the balance of jumping effect needs to be further improved and revised.(4)A comparative analysis of the changes of ground Angle,ground Angle,support buffer amplitude and angular velocity value and support time from each jumping Angle: The excellent triple jump athletes in China have the ability to complete the technical link of the pendulum with a large swing range and speed advantage in a very short supporting time stage,so as to obtain a good jumping effect,which fully embodies the technical characteristics of the special ability to quickly transform into a special result.(5)From the analysis of the proportion of triple jump distance to support time,it can be seen that the skills of Chinese athletes are basically inclined to "flat jump" type,which is reflected in the proportion of the first jump is less than 36%,and the third jump is not more than 37%.Except Wu Ruiting,the proportion of the other two athletes in the second jump is close to or even 30%.On the whole,it reflects the "core technical characteristics of speed as development trend" for Asian athletes. |
