Research On The Development And Innovation Of National Water Leisure Sports Center Under The New Development Concept

Since the comprehensive implementation of the new development concept,China’s outdoor leisure sports industry has accelerated development,especially after the standardization of water leisure sports industry,water leisure sports has become a new growth point of national economic development.Water national leisure sports center,as an important focus of the development of water sports construction "five directions and three points",has an important industrial agglomeration function.This paper systematically sorted out the development context of aquatic national leisure sports center and explored its innovation,and through taking Tianfu New Aquatic National leisure sports Center of Chengdu as the entry point,summarized the advantages and disadvantages,and explored the site selection process of aquatic national leisure sports center in the future,to learn from the experience and better guide the development of aquatic national leisure sports center.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature,expert interview,field investigation and case analysis.According to the development context of aquatic national leisure sports center,the concept development system of aquatic national leisure sports center is divided into the formation stage(2014-2016),establishment stage(2016-2017)and practice stage(2017-present).This paper summarized the experience and deficiency of the development of the aquatic national leisure sports center in the Tianfu New Area,and provided reference for the future development of the aquatic national leisure sports center.Through the research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Aquatic national leisure sports center has a variety of innovation points,but the application of digital technology is few.(2)Water national leisure sports center layout coordination is poor,central China lack of layout.(3)The evaluation system of aquatic national leisure sports center is perfect,but the environmental protection system needs to be improved.(4)The water national leisure sports center has low social visibility and lacks professional media publicity.(5)Aquatic national leisure sports center has a broad development prospect and rich supply of sports events.According to the above research conclusion,the suggestions for promoting the development of aquatic national leisure sports center are as follows:(1)To establish a digital technology research and development team,promote the integration of sports industry,conduct a systematic research on water leisure sports centers in China,research and develop digital technology applications in line with the characteristics of China’s national conditions,guided by the policy of promoting innovation and guided by the demand of sports consumption market;The value orientation of consumer demand is taken as an important reference for the application and research of digital technology of aquatic national leisure sports center.(2)Apply for a favorable landing policy for aquatic national leisure sports centers in disadvantaged areas,implement supply-side reform measures,give full play to the focus effect of aquatic national leisure sports centers,optimize the selection of construction sites,and pay attention to the evaluation of construction implementation effect and later revision according to evaluation indicators.(3)Rooted in the current situation and new changes of sports consumption in China,focusing on the water leisure sports market segment,focus on legal provisions,establish green market access rules,ensure that the declaration and evaluation of water national leisure sports centers are fair and just,and give full consideration to important factors such as tax revenue,government purchase services,land,manpower,technology and other core elements.Keep pace with The Times and fully improve the evaluation system of aquatic national leisure sports center.(4)Establish a professional media team,set up media operation posts,seize the development dividends of new media,increase the exposure of the aquatic national leisure sports center,and combine various publicity methods online and offline to continuously enrich the publicity content of the aquatic National Leisure sports center and enhance its popularity.(5)Strengthen policies to guide the supply of events to the market,improve the entry rules of events,construct the professional system of water sports,establish a multi-level localized water sports league,strengthen the systematic planning of the event settlement of the water national leisure sports center,implement the organization and construction of the event supervision mechanism,evaluation mechanism and execution mechanism,and try to introduce foreign excellent events.
