The Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 edition)put forward the requirement of "enhanced guidance",not only clarifying "what should be taught" in primary school Chinese,but also strengthening specific guidance on "how to teach it",This requirement points out the direction for the reform of Chinese reading teaching.But in reality,Chinese reading teaching is confined to the traditional single-article teaching,there are some problems such as lack of reading amount,single reading way and lack of reading strategies.In order to solve these problems,the new reading mode of group text reading comes into being.Group reading is a process of organizing a variety of texts for collective construction around an issue.The outstanding advantage of group reading is that it can make up for "lack of reading quantity".At the same time,group reading has a significant effect on enriching students’reading methods and improving their reading interest.Dick&Carey model,as a representative of systematic instructional design,can provide a concrete and operable implementation path for the instructional design of group reading,and offer a theoretical basis and practical reference for teachers to develop group reading teaching design.Through interviews and surveys,the research realizes the current issue in the teaching of Chinese reading in primary schools and clarifies the necessity of designing the teaching of group reading in primary schools.At the same time,it is feasible to carry out the design of primary school Chinese mass reading teaching based on the Dick&Carey model.The Dick&Carey model has the characteristics of systematicness and integrality,and can highlight the core quality of Chinese,and the Dick&Carey model can provide concrete and operable implementation steps for the teaching design of primary school Chinese mass reading.Based on the above analysis,the design of primary school Chinese mass reading teaching based on the Dick&Carey model has a certain appropriateness.By deeply practicing the ten steps of Dick&Carey model and integrate the peculiarity of primary school Chinese subject.this paper analyzes the efficiencies and issue of the teaching design through classroom teaching record,student questionnaire survey,teacher interview and other forms,and puts forward improvement strategies.According to the implementation results,it can be found that the instructional design of primary Chinese group reading based on the Dick&Carey model is to expand the total amount of reading and stimulate students’ interest in reading.Enrich students’ reading methods and guide reading strategies;It plays an active role in speeding up reading speed and improving reading efficiency.However,there are still some shortcomings in this study,that is,the exploration time is insufficient,and the discussion is mere formality;There are many teaching activities,but reading is not outstanding.Problem design is not in-depth,lack of inspiration and guidance.Based on the shortcomings of the above instructional design,this paper proposes relevant optimization strategie’s,that is,teachers increase the time of inquiry,pay attention to collective construction,simplify teaching activities,highlight reading strategies;Innovative question design,attach importance to inspiration and guidance.
