| Women’s handball technology is the core of handball,technology is the basis of tactical application,and is an important part of handball competition,reflecting the important role of individual and collective strength.Mastering handball skills is the most basic sports ability of athletes in this sport.Its purpose is to ensure the full play of the overall strength of the players,so as to limit the other side,control the initiative of the game,and strive for the victory of the game.In handball techniques and tactics,offensive techniques and tactics play a leading role.The outcome of the handball match depends on the score,and the score comes from the implementation of offensive techniques and tactics.A team’s offensive tactics can reflect the overall situation of the team to a certain extent.Therefore,the analysis of offensive techniques and tactics plays an important role in the development of women’s handball competitive theory.This study adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,video observation and mathematical statistics,and starts with the analysis of the data of the 25 th Women’s Handball World Championships to find out the characteristics of the offensive techniques and tactics of China’s women’s handball.Through the analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In terms of height,weight,and age,there is a certain gap between our team members and the world’s top teams.The average height of Chinese female handball players is lower,their weight is larger,and their age is relatively small.As a whole,they are developing towards a strong and young direction.Therefore,it has certain advantages in positional offensive shooting,manifested as strong shooting and antagonism,but also has certain shortcomings,mainly manifested in high center of gravity,unstable soles,poor agility and mobility.2.In terms of positional offensive techniques,both the Chinese team and the world’s top teams focus on shoulder passing and both hands catching techniques,and use a combination of high and low dribbling techniques for dribbling.The range of positional attack is mostly carried out near the 6-meter line.The Chinese team’s close range shooting mainly focuses on breakthrough with the ball,which poses a greater threat to attack,but the attack success rate is not high.3.In terms of fast break techniques,both the Chinese team and the world’s top teams focus on passing the ball over their shoulders and receiving it with both hands.The shooting method is mainly close range shooting.The Chinese team used the method of passing the ball over the shoulder in the fast break,cutting and dribbling too much,resulting in many mistakes,and the overall attack speed of the team was slow.Therefore,compared to the world’s top teams,the Chinese team has shown that its basic skills in fast attack are not strong enough,its offensive techniques are not flexible enough,and its players have not yet reached a state of tacit cooperation.4.In terms of positional attack,both the Chinese team and the world’s top teams frequently use the sudden point coordination strategy,which has the highest score in actual matches.This indicates that the use of this tactic in handball is relatively mature,but compared to the world’s strong teams,the Chinese team has a slightly weak foundation of offensive tactics,lacks proficiency in the form of application,and even has the problem of being unable to choose appropriate positional offensive tactics based on the offensive and defensive situation on the field.5.In terms of fast attack tactics,the world’s top teams mainly rely on short passes to advance counter attack and fast attack.This tactic has a strong scoring ability and a high success rate.Among them,Norway’s players are good at local fast attack and have a strong awareness of fast attack.In contrast,the Chinese team has a weak awareness of fast attack,low technology,and a single fast attack tactic.There is still a long way to go before they can skillfully use fast attack tactics. |
