| Objective: Sensory motor synchronization is an important ability to improve sports skills and also the key to determine action coordination. However, the dominant characteristics and mechanism of interaction between action coordination and external environment need to be further explored. The research on sensorimotor synchronization has attracted more and more attention from sports science and psychology, but the research on the effect of aerobic fitness on sensorimotor synchronization is less.Based on the finger tapping task and recording the behavior of two groups of people in different interval tasks, this study took people with different aerobic physical fitness as the research object, compared the behavioral characteristics of high and low aerobic physical fitness people in the sensorimotor synchronization process through the tapping task of single and two-way conditions and different frequency conditions, and analyzed whether the aerobic physical fitness level would affect the sensorimotor synchronization ability,This paper reveals the difference in the sense of synchronization between high aerobic fitness college students and low aerobic fitness college students, provides theoretical basis for improving and optimizing sports skills in sports training, and provides reference for sports workers to guide people with different sports levels to carry out reasonable training.Methods:(1)Experiment 1: 102 male college students were recruited from a university in Hunan and divided into 26 groups of high aerobic fitness group and 25 groups of low aerobic fitness group. In a group of two people, the experiment was divided into three finger tapping synchronization tasks: 1:1 tapping ratio,1:2 tapping ratio, and 1:3 tapping ratio. At the beginning of the experiment, the three tasks will appear randomly, each task contains 8 blocks,a total of 24 blocks.(2)Experiment 2:90 male college students were recruited from a university in Hunan and divided into22 groups of high aerobic fitness group and 23 groups of low aerobic fitness group. In a group of two people, the experiment was divided into three finger tapping synchronous tasks: the one-way task led by subject 1,the one-way task led by subject2,and the two-way task.At the beginning of the experiment, three tasks will appear randomly, each task contains 6 blocks,a total of 18 blocks.Using Matlab software to record behavioral data, the mean value of click asynchrony and the stability of knock synchronization are the main indicators to measure the ability of sensorimotor synchronization; The average knock response interval time, the average knock response interval time error and the average knock response interval time stability are process indicators, which respectively reflect the accuracy of time and the stability of time control.Results:(1)Experiment 1: Under the three tapping ratios, the mean value of tap asynchrony in the high aerobic fitness group was significantly higher than that in the low aerobic fitness group(H=30.69,P=0<0.01);The percussion synchronization stability of the high aerobic fitness group was significantly better than that of the low aerobic fitness group(H=17.71,P=0<0.01);There was no significant difference in the average knock response interval error between high and low aerobic fitness groups(H=3.29,P=0.07>0.05);The stability of the mean time interval between percussion reactions in the high aerobic fitness group was significantly better than that in the low aerobic fitness group(H=9.69,P=0.02<0.05).In the 1:1 and 1:2 knock ratio tasks, there was no significant difference in the average knock response interval between the high and low aerobic fitness groups(P>0.05);In the 1:3 knock ratio task, there was a significant difference in the average knock response interval between the high and low aerobic fitness groups(Z=-1.997,P=0.046).(2)Experiment 2: In the three conditional tasks of single and double directions, the mean value of click asynchrony in the high aerobic fitness group was significantly higher than that in the low aerobic fitness group(H=51.16,P=0<0.01);The percussion synchronization stability of the high aerobic fitness group was significantly better than that of the low aerobic fitness group(H=46.55,P=0<0.01);There was no significant difference between the high and low aerobic fitness groups in the mean time interval of knock response(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the mean time interval error between the high and low aerobic fitness groups(H=0.005,P=0.94>0.05);The stability of the mean time interval between percussion reactions in the high aerobic group was significantly better than that in the low aerobic group(H=30.76,P=0<0.01).Conclusion:(1)There is a significant difference in the sensorimotor synchronization ability of male college students with high and low aerobic fitness levels, and the sensorimotor synchronization ability of male college students with high aerobic fitness level is significantly better than that of the low aerobic fitness group.(2)The male college students with high aerobic fitness level can maintain good percussion synchronization and stability in short interval tasks, while the male college students with low aerobic fitness level need constant correction to maintain percussion synchronization and stability. |
