| The cultivation of autonomous management’s ability is the general trend in the development of school management,which occupies a decisive position in the current student management and cultivation.The improvement of autonomous management’s ability is not only conducive to improving the efficiency and quality of school management,enhancing students’ innovative consciousness,improving students’ practical ability,cultivating students’ noble character and sound body and mind,and laying a good foundation for the development of students’ future life path.For students in boarding junior high schools in villages and towns,on the one hand,junior high school students are in adolescence,which is a key stage of physical and mental development;On the other hand,boarding students spend most of their life and study in schools,and most of the students in township boarding schools come from surrounding rural areas,and most of their parents are busy making a living and going out to work,so most of these students lack parental supervision.Therefore,it is particularly important for them to have all-round self-management ability.Township schools should pay full attention to the cultivation of autonomous management’s ability.Starting from the basic connotation of students’ self-management ability,this paper studies the existing literature results,combines relevant theories to extract the basic dimensions required for the cultivation of boarding students’ self-management ability,and strives to make the training strategy of rural boarding junior high school students more scientific.In order to put forward a practical and effective strategy for the cultivation of students’ self-management ability in township boarding junior high schools,this paper selects Q junior high schools and uses them as an example for in-depth exploration.Q Junior High School is a typical boarding junior high school,its school has a long history,has been at the forefront of innovative education and teaching in the city for many years,Q School has a good reputation in the city.This paper focuses on the current situation of the cultivation of students’ self-management ability in Q junior high school,discusses the problems existing in the cultivation of students’ self-management ability in township boarding junior high schools through the statistics and analysis of the results of the current data survey,and clarifies that there are many problems in the cultivation of students’ self-management ability in the current school,such as: lack of attention to and cultivation of self-management ability of township boarding junior high school students in dormitories,lack of stimulation of students’ self-management awareness,imperfect self-management evaluation standards,The formulation of the class management system lacks democracy,the self-management information statistics lack of standardization and supervision,the self-management culture theme activities are held in a single mode,the student satisfaction is not high,the mental health education is lacking,and the role of parents in the cultivation of self-management ability is clarified,and the reasons for the problem are clarified through further analysis,namely,insufficient attention to the students’ self-management awareness of the school,lack of unified goals and planning,The lack of professional personnel and the neglect of the importance of parents in the development of students’ self-management skills.By combining the actual situation of Q junior high school and the actual characteristics of students,this paper proposes to strengthen the importance of the school management team,attach importance to the training of class teachers,establish and improve evaluation standards,consolidate the efficiency of students’ self-management,implement the democratic system of class management system,stimulate students’ subjective initiative,build a unified information management platform,establish and improve supervision mechanisms,introduce professional talents to increase professional mental health education activities,enhance students’ psychological quality,respect individual differences,teach according to aptitude,establish a file to care for special students,Enrich self-management theme activities,improve student satisfaction,attach importance to home-school cooperation,establish and improve home-school interaction channels and models and other related countermeasures,and strive to effectively cultivate the self-management ability of rural boarding junior high school students,and promote students’ all-round development. |
