| Currently,the sports industry is developing rapidly,and tennis has become one of the popular sports among people.For a long time,there has been a significant gap between Chinese tennis players and world-renowned tennis players,with a relatively low proportion of high ranked players in the world.Although our tennis players are constantly accumulating strength and setting new records in terms of ranking,there has not been a significant breakthrough yet.Overall,the development of tennis in China is uneven,with a small number of high-level teams and even fewer outstanding talents.In competitive tennis,one of the key factors affecting competition results is technique and tactics.The success of the competition is related to the efficient use of techniques and tactics by athletes in the competition,and the improvement of China’s tennis competitive level.There are various methods,and the study of the rules of technique and tactics is the most crucial link in tennis competitive competitions.In modern tennis competitions,the techniques and tactics are becoming increasingly complex and diverse,which requires coaches to accurately grasp the strengths and weaknesses of athletes’ techniques and tactics,and to help athletes improve their strengths and avoid weaknesses through technical and tactical decisions during the competition.In the past,coaches only relied on personal knowledge,experience,and judgment ability when making on-site technical and tactical decisions.However,in today’s escalating international tennis competitions,the technical and tactical aspects of competitions are becoming increasingly complex,posing higher requirements for the scientific accuracy of coaches’ on-site decisionmaking.Based on the above development status,it is urgent to establish a scientific technical and tactical support system to improve the technical and tactical level of tennis,and guide coaches to make scientific decisions through the study of the technical and tactical laws of tennis matches.At present,the level of informatization in tennis sports in China is limited.The analysis of the currently retained information related to sports events is limited to the field of statistics.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce data mining to analyze game data at a deeper level and identify the association rules of winning factors for athletes in competitions.Meanwhile,due to the time-consuming and redundant rules of the traditional Apriori algorithm,its efficiency cannot meet the needs of fast-paced tennis matches.In addition,due to the lack of consideration for the impact of imbalanced data distribution,the mining results are not accurate enough.In view of this,this paper improves the traditional Apriori algorithm,and on the basis of the improved Apriori algorithm,designs and implements a tennis match technical and tactical analysis system that includes data collection,data preprocessing,and data mining,which can provide auxiliary support for coaches to formulate targeted training plans and make on-site technical and tactical decisions.The main contributions of this paper are as follows: 1.By using data mining techniques,the association rules between the types of tennis match techniques and the scores of gains and losses are obtained,and the conclusions are applied to the on-site decision-making and training of tennis.This helps coaches make on-site decisions more scientific and accurate,and provides them with individual training plans supported by data from a technical and tactical perspective;2.Based on the traditional Apriori algorithm,the efficiency of Apriori algorithm in data mining has been improved,and the improved algorithm has been applied to the data of tennis matches for simulation experiments;3.On the designed and implemented tennis match technical and tactical analysis system,improved algorithms were used to analyze the collected match data,verifying that this system has a good auxiliary role for coaches to formulate scientific training plans and make on-site technical and tactical decisions. |
