Technology is the life of race-walking,the technical problem of our female racewalking athletes at high speed is more serious.In order to strengthen Chinese female racewalking technique,this paper studies the relationship between Chinese elite female racewalking athletes’ speed and technique on the basis of combining the two elements of sports speed and technique,and provides reference for objectively examining the gaps and problems existing in current race-walking technique,and provides theoretical basis for athletes to improve and improve race-walking technique.By using the methods of literature,measurement,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the walking techniques of four women 20 km race walkers in the 2021 National Race Walking Championships and the Olympic Trials.The study says:(1)The stride length and cadence of China’s outstanding female athletes show an increasing trend with speed.Among them,Yang Jiayu mainly increases the speed by increasing the step length,Liu Hong,Sister Cheyang Shijie and Yang Liujing all increase the step size and step frequency to increase the speed,but Liu Hong’s step length is smaller and the step frequency is faster,showing the characteristics of small steps and fast frequency.(2)The front support distance and landing angle of China’s outstanding female athletes increase with the acceleration of speed,but the landing angle is smaller than the level of the world’s outstanding athletes,especially the smallest landing angle of Cheyang Shijie,the knee angle of the supporting leg at the time of landing and the inclination angle of the trunk at the time of landing are kept relatively stable,and the inclination angle of the trunk is within a reasonable range,but the knee joint difference between Liu Hong’s left and right support legs is large,and the knee joint angle of the right leg is small,and there is a suspicion of knee flexion.(3)The hind pedaling distance of China’s outstanding female athletes increased with the acceleration of speed,and the hind pedal angle and trunk inclination angle remained relatively stable when leaving the ground.Among them,the left and right rear pedaling distance and rear pedal angle of Yangjiayu high-speed interval are unbalanced.Liu Hong’s three-interval posterior pedaling distance is small,and the inclination angle of the right single-step torso is larger than the reasonable range.Yang Liujing’s left and right rear pedaling distance was uneven in the three speed ranges,and the inclination angle of the left single-step torso was beyond the reasonable range.(4)The posterior swing speed of the upper and lower limb joints of China’s outstanding female athletes increases with the acceleration of speed,the back swing distance and the posterior swing angle of the big arm remain relatively stable,among which there is still a certain gap between the back swing angle of the big arm and the outstanding athletes,and the knee angle of the two legs overlapping has a tendency to decrease.Yang Jiayu’s knee angle overlapping knee joint between the left and right legs in the high-speed interval is unbalanced,Liu Hong’s two legs overlapping knee joint remain relatively stable,the back swing distance of Sister Cheyang Shi is unstable,and the knee angle of the two legs overlapping is small,there is a risk of pulling the calf back.Yang Liujing’s left single step,the two legs overlapped,the knee joint is small,and the left and right are unbalanced.(5)The forward swing speed of the upper and lower limb joints of China’s outstanding female athletes showed an increasing trend,but the left and right were unbalanced,the front swing distance was relatively stable,the front swing knee joint angle and the front swing elbow joint angle were unstable and had a tendency to decrease,among which the front swing elbow joint angle was lower than the reasonable value of the front swing elbow joint angle of excellent athletes.Among them,Yang Jiayu and Sister Cheyang Shi had small knee joints and unbalanced high-speed ranges,and Liu Hong,Sister Cheyang Shi and Yang Liujing had unbalanced elbow angles.(6)The soaring time,take-off distance and center of gravity undulating distance of China’s outstanding female athletes have increased with the acceleration of speed.Among them,Yang Jiayu and Cheyang Shijie were unbalanced in the high-speed interval and the take-off distance,and the vacancy time was at the upper limit of the fuzzy take-off time,and Yang Liujing’s three speed intervals were unbalanced in the left and right of the vacancy time,the take-off distance,and the undulating distance of the body’s center of gravity.
