Study On The Current Situation And Strategies Of High School Chemistry Experimental Teaching

As an important part of chemistry teaching,chemical experiment plays an important role in deepening students’ understanding of theoretical knowledge,improving students’ interest in learning,cultivating students’ awareness of scientific inquiry,developing rigorous and realistic scientific attitude and innovative practical spirit.With the deepening of a new round of curriculum reform,high school chemistry experiment teaching has been promoted,but still exposed many problems.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out systematic research on chemistry experiment teaching in high school.In this paper,high school chemistry experiment teaching as the research object,first use the questionnaire to investigate the chemical experiment teaching status of some middle schools in eastern Inner Mongolia.Through the investigation,it is found that there are deficiencies in the functional understanding and practice of chemistry experiment teaching.The students’ experimental ability is weak;The construction and management of chemical laboratory are not perfect.The opening rate of chemical experiment needs to be improved.Secondly,based on the investigation status,combined with the relevant research on chemical experiment teaching strategies at home and abroad,suggestions and teaching strategies were proposed from the three levels of teachers,students and schools.The following suggestions and teaching strategies are proposed for teachers: to improve their professional quality level;Pay attention to the change of ideas,cultivate students’ ability;The use of various experimental teaching methods to improve the efficiency of chemical experiment teaching;Increase interesting experiments or family experiments to stimulate students’ interest in learning;Select a variety of flexible student experiment evaluation methods.The following suggestions are given to the students: deepen the understanding of the importance of chemical experiments,improve the ability of chemical experiments;Observe chemical phenomena in daily life and strengthen the application of chemical knowledge in daily life.The following suggestions are put forward for the school:attach importance to experimental teaching,strengthen the construction and management of chemical laboratory;Perfecting the management mechanism of chemical experiment teaching;Open the chemistry laboratory regularly to improve the utilization rate of the laboratory.Finally,combined with the current situation and strategy,two must-do experiments were selected to "prepare a solution of a certain amount of concentration" and "chemical energy into electrical energy".
