On April 21,2022,the new standard of compulsory education information technology curriculum was officially promulgated.Information technology has become an independent national curriculum.The new curriculum standard advocates improving students ’innovative ability and focusing on developing students ’core literacy.In the current teaching practice,junior high school students ’information technology courses have a serious tendency to be skilled.Excessive emphasis on information technology skills training does not effectively improve students ’core literacy,does not meet the needs of contemporary society for innovative talents,and is seriously skilled.It leads to a single work of students,which is not conducive to the development of students ’innovative thinking,which is inconsistent with the requirements of the new curriculum standard.The purpose of this study is to explore a new method to solve the above problems in information technology courses:based on EDIPT design thinking,taking the new curriculum standard as the vision,designing and practicing junior high school information technology teaching cases can improve students ’innovative ability.Under the guidance of constructivism theory,Dewey’s "learning by doing " theory and projectbased learning theory,based on the EDIPT design thinking model,the teaching framework is designed on the premise of the five stages of the EDIPT design thinking model.Based on the teaching framework,a teaching case is designed to support the development of students ’innovative ability.The research object is junior high school students who have not yet learned about the requirements of the new curriculum standards.At present,the main teaching content is still based on the previous skill-oriented teaching materials.Some students have been exposed to graphical programming software.Therefore,in the process of curriculum implementation,students are first taught through the integration of basic stage ’and ’ case explanation stage ’.The tool-graphical programming software used in the course helps students master the correct use of each command module in the graphical programming software and lays a solid knowledge foundation for students ’ creative design works;after the implementation of the case designed in this study,the effect test is carried out to achieve the goal of improving students’ innovative ability.The literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation of students ’classroom performance were used to analyze the change process of students’ thinking and ability to design and complete works.After the end of the course,the collected data are sorted out and analyzed,and it is concluded that the case design of junior high school information technology based on EDIPT design thinking model can improve students ’innovative ability.Finally,the teaching design and teaching practice research are reflected and prospected.
