| In the post-epidemic era,with the rapid development of knowledge-based economy globalization,the society’s requirements for high-level talents continue to rise,the government and universities continue to strengthen the support for graduate students’ scientific research and innovation ability,and the scientific research evaluation system is constantly changing.When postgraduate students enter the academic field initially,scientific research anxiety occurs frequently.As the main person in charge and guide of their scientific research work,postgraduate tutors play a vital role for them.The communication coordination,emotional connection and knowledge gain between master students and supervisors are different from the previous teacher-student relationship.However,there are few empirical studies on the mentoring relationship of master students who are closely related to scientific research,and how the special mentoring relationship affects the scientific research anxiety of master research remains to be tested.In order to explore the influence mechanism of mentoring relationship on research anxiety of graduate students,703 graduate students were investigated by using mentoring relationship scale,research anxiety scale,research self-efficacy scale and simple coping style questionnaire.The results show that:(1)The students with the same gender,full-time professional type,the same bachelor and master major,the master students who have worked before graduate school have better mentoring relationship,lower level of scientific research anxiety,and higher level of scientific research self-efficacy.The coping styles of master students do not have significant differences in the gender consistency of guidance students and training types.However,the master’s degree students who have not participated in the work are more active;(2)The mentoring relationship can not only directly predict the research anxiety of master students,but also predict the research anxiety of master students through the mediating effect of research self-efficacy.The mediating effect accounts for 39.02%of the total effect.(3)Coping style plays a significant moderating role in the first half and the second half of the research self-efficacy model,and the positive coping style is stronger;Coping style has no significant predictive effect on the direct path of the mediation model.The results of this study are of great significance for optimizing the mentoring relationship,improving the self-efficacy of postgraduate students in scientific research,changing the coping style of individual frustration,and thus improving and relieving the anxiety of postgraduate students in scientific research. |
