Research On Educational Network Public Opinion Based On Text Mining And Sentiment Analysi

With the progress of the society and the rapid development of the Internet,netizens can share or express their views and positions in the form of text,pictures and other forms anytime and anywhere with the help of social platforms,among which there are some educational events.Education is not only a national priority,but also an important livelihood issue involving the development rights and interests of all citizens.Opinions and attitudes on public opinions about education on the Internet platform are also easy to arouse great heat and attention.Therefore,it is of great value to study netizens’ emotional attitudes towards specific events in online education,which can directly reflect public attitudes and deeply understand the status quo of education.This paper selects the 2022 hot Internet education online public opinion event "Hengshui Taocheng Middle School accused of multiple violations" as the research case,and uses Sina Weibo as the research platform to conduct the following research:First,the literature research method is adopted to sort out the research on online public opinion,online education public opinion,text mining and emotion analysis.Second,construct the emotion analysis model of online education public opinion text based on the data of network platform.Thirdly,word segmentation,clustering and correlation analysis are carried out on the network data collected from educational network events,and emotion analysis and visualization of microblog data are carried out.Fourth,the education network public opinion events in the evolution stage.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained: First,for the study of online public opinion in education,it is necessary to combine the case itself to conduct an in-depth analysis of its development.Second,there are always some hidden problems in education online public opinions,which can be better interpreted by combining the nature of education,the characteristics of education public opinions and some relevant policies.Thirdly,the evolution process of Internet hot events has stages.Subject words and emotional tendencies can reasonably summarize the attitudes and views of Internet users towards the events at different stages.
