| With the transformation and upgrading of my country’s economy and industry,the demand and requirements for skilled talents continue to increase,and vocational education is facing huge challenges.In 2019,the State Council issued the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan",which aims to create an internationally advanced vocational education system and improve the quality of talent training.Vocational skills competition is one of the effective ways to test talents,and it is also an important part of the vocational education system.In 2021,the Ministry of Education issued the "National Vocational College Skills Competition Regulations".Improve the teaching mode,accelerate the integration of post-class competitions,and promote the reform and development of vocational education.Vocational skills competitions can be divided into higher vocational groups and secondary vocational groups.Higher vocational projects have higher requirements and do not do specific research.They are mainly secondary vocational projects.The content covers various fields and promotes students in every aspect.First,it can improve students’ comprehensive ability and strengthen students’ professional and technical ability;second,it can promote the cultivation of students’ spirit of craftsmanship in a great country;third,it can correctly guide and cultivate students’ values and employment outlook.Therefore,it is very important to integrate the elements of vocational skills competition into classroom teaching.It is necessary to study how to use various mechanisms of vocational skills competition to improve teaching methods and truly achieve the teaching goal of "promoting teaching by competition and learning by competition".First of all,based on the relevant literature of reading analysis and skill competition,the course of "Editable Controller PLC" in secondary vocational school is the specific research content.Using the method of questionnaire survey and interview to study the teaching status of the course "Programmable Controller PLC",it is found that the course has the following problems: the enthusiasm of the students is not high,the teaching content is not reasonable enough,the teaching evaluation and teaching methods are relatively simple,and the skills competition is not suitable.The transformation of course teaching results is insufficient.Secondly,through the literature research method,it is concluded that the vocational skills competition has the functions of accelerating the construction of teachers’ team,deepening the integration of production and education,promoting students’ professional development ability,and promoting PLC curriculum reform.Then,based on the theory of constructivism,optimize the design of the "Editable Controller PLC" course,from the teaching objectives,teaching situation,teaching content,teaching evaluation,and design the project teaching method imported from the task book.Finally,the "Mechatronics Commissioning and Assembly" project in the vocational skills competition was used as the teaching content for practice,and certain teaching effects were achieved.Practice has shown that the student-centered competition teaching mode can stimulate students’ interest in learning and enhance their enthusiasm for learning.At the same time,in a collaborative learning environment,students’ ability to analyze and solve problems is improved and teamwork awareness is enhanced.Improve the content of learning effect evaluation,help students’ self-awareness and enhance their self-confidence,cultivate students’ spirit of great country craftsman,and improve teaching effect. |
