| Since the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,vocational and technical education has received unprecedented attention in the whole education system.Secondary vocational education is one of the main parts of China’s vocational education system,which aims to train a large number of technical talents for the country.Due to the rapid development of society,Secondary vocational education has gradually revealed that the pace of talent training and social development is inconsistent,unable to meet the needs of secondary vocational students.Therefore,it is urgent to speed up the reform of Secondary Vocational Education,optimizing teaching mode is the key.In the course of“Fundamentals of marketing”,this research carries out the teaching design and practical application of TBL Teaching Mode,and through the development of teaching activities,the results show that TBL(Team-based Learning)can improve students’ academic achievement and classroom participation,and has a positive impact on students’ enthusiasm.The research work of this paper is mainly divided into the following points:First,through the collation of literature,clear the relevant concepts of TBL teaching model,clear the relevant theoretical and practical research,put forward the theoretical basis of TBL Teaching Mode.Secondly,according to the questionnaire survey and interview method,we can conclude the current status of the course“Fundamentals of marketing” in secondary vocational schools,it also analyzes the problems such as the bad effect of preview before class,the bad effect of group discussion on curriculum implementation and the unity of Teachers’ evaluation mode,and explains the necessity of applying TBL Teaching Mode.Thirdly,in view of the implementation of the TBL Teaching Mode,the author selected a secondary vocational school in Nanning to carry out the teaching design of the “Fundamentals of marketing” course,and made clear the relevant course information and characteristics,and carried out specific implementation.According to the characteristics of the experimental object,the author chooses the concrete teaching cases in the course of“Fundamentals of marketing”,carries out the TBL teaching mode and carries out the detailed teaching design for the three stages of pre-class,in-class and after-class.Fourth,through the final theoretical assessment of the experimental class and the control class,in the implementation of TBL Teaching Mode in the process of questionnaire survey,classroom observation,interview records and other means for reference,finally,the conclusion of this study,and carried out a reflection and prospects. |
