With the rapid economic development,the society has put forward new demands for talent training.The Ministry of Education and nine other departments have clearly pointed out in the Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Training of Vocational Education(2020-2023)that it is necessary to promote the improvement of the quality of vocational education majors and courses.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the "classroom revolution" of vocational schools for the reform of vocational schools.At present,vocational schools are in the stage of teaching reform and development.The reform of secondary vocational education should firstly pay attention to the teaching method combining theory and practice,and secondly pay attention to the cultivation of students’ ability of independent learning,cooperative inquiry and problem solving in the classroom teaching activities.It is based on this educational concept that the classroom participation of secondary vocational college students has become a hot research topic.As a core course of secretary major in secondary vocational school,"Conference Practice" is highly practical.It is an important basis for secondary vocational students to carry out follow-up professional course learning,and it is very important to promote the development of students’ vocational action ability.However,the survey found that there are common problems in secondary vocational classes,such as students’ difficulty in connecting old and new knowledge,poor consciousness,low learning efficiency,low interest and weak willpower.In view of these situations,this study tries to make a preliminary exploration in the classroom teaching of "Conference Practice" with lead Text Teaching Method,in order to solve the existing problems and improve the status quo of classroom teaching.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research,observation,investigation and action research.First of all,the literature research method is adopted,focusing on the domestic and foreign literature on classroom participation and lead Text Teaching Method to sort out the theoretical basis that has guiding significance for this paper.Secondly,through the way of classroom observation,investigation and research,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the classroom participation and teaching status of "Conference Practice" in secondary vocational schools,summarizes the existing problems in the classroom and analyzes the causes of the problems.Thirdly,based on the analysis of characteristics of guiding culture and education method,from the perspective of talent training objectives,curriculum objectives and the current situation of secretarial major teaching in secondary vocational schools,clarify the advantages of guiding culture and education method in the application of "Conference Practice" classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools,at the same time,according to the characteristics of teaching method and the objective conditions of teaching,explain the necessity of application.Finally,action research method is adopted to carry out two rounds of teaching practice in the classroom teaching of "Conference Practice" in secondary vocational schools.At the same time,combining classroom observation,questionnaire survey and interview after teaching practice,the teaching effect of the application of this method in the classroom teaching of "Conference Practice" in secondary vocational schools and the changes of various dimensions of classroom participation are compared.In view of the difficulties and problems encountered in the application process,the paper summarizes the reflection experience and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The results show that the lead Text Teaching Method is suitable for the classroom teaching of "Conference Practice" of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools,and can obtain good teaching effect.Guided culture,education and learning methods have positive effects on students’ cognitive participation,behavioral participation and emotional participation,but their influence degrees are not the same.This teaching method can be close to the reality of life and promote students’ cognitive participation in the classroom;Make the learning task more clear,promote students’ behavioral participation in the classroom,improve students’ enthusiasm for learning,and promote students’ emotional participation in the classroom.In general,the application of lead text teaching method in the classroom teaching of "Conference Practice" can improve the level of class participation and classroom teaching effect.
