XR(Extended Reality)technology has been applied in virtual laboratories and remote experimental teaching.This article designs electronic circuit virtual laboratories and integrated circuit virtual laboratories based on XR technology,as well as related experimental teaching content.The system mainly uses Unity 3D and 3ds Max tools to develop electronic information virtual simulation experiments.In traditional experimental teaching,it is greatly influenced by time and space and carries safety risks.However,in virtual laboratories,students can learn basic knowledge of electronic circuits and integrated circuits,and then conduct virtual experiments safely,efficiently,and without restrictions.The main contributions of this article are as follows:(1)Compared to traditional two-dimensional electronic information simulation software,three-dimensional virtual experiments have better interactivity and immersion.The three-dimensional virtual electronic circuit laboratory designed in this article is modeled after the electronic circuit laboratory of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,while the integrated circuit virtual laboratory is modeled after the integrated circuit ultra clean room laboratory.Virtual laboratories try their best to reproduce real laboratory scenes,greatly enhancing the immersion of virtual experiments.At the same time,in the interaction layer,roaming effects,animation effects,lighting effects,etc.are also implemented,which greatly improves the interactive experience of the entire virtual experiment.(2)In order to better achieve cross platform functionality while improving efficiency,this article also introduces the concepts of observer mode and component mode,separating the presentation layer from the logical layer,and achieving componentization and cross platform for key components,greatly improving cross platform efficiency.Enable virtual experiments to be compatible with interactive devices on different platforms,in order to fully leverage the advantages of different platforms.(3)Two versions of electronic circuit simulation algorithms have been proposed.Derive the algorithm from the original formula to use Spice#simulation algorithm.The iterative upgrade of the algorithm enables 3D virtual electronic circuit experiments to support more components and functions,improving the iteration of the entire project.Finally,based on the circuit simulation algorithm,the waveform drawing algorithm was completed,and the waveform drawing function was ultimately implemented.(4)The overall experimental content is sufficient and covers a wide range,including common instruments and meters in electronic circuit experiments,as well as the entire process of design,manufacturing,packaging,and testing in integrated circuits.The design of rich instrument equipment functions and complex step processes provides strong support and guarantee for meeting the needs of experimental teaching.(5)In the virtual experiment on the CR side,some performance optimizations were also carried out to reduce the file loading time.In the end,relevant tests were conducted,and good results were achieved in both the functional integrity test and the accuracy test of the experimental results.And both of these virtual experiments have been used in experimental teaching and have received high praise from students.Among them,the integrated circuit virtual experiment has a good grading effect on students’ integrated circuit courses. |
