| With the progress of society,the boring sports such as running,jumping and throwing can not meet the needs of modern teaching.Rhythmic gymnastics has the characteristics of both beauty and artistry,and can fully show the charm of women’s generosity,beauty and softness.It is a unique women’s Olympic sport.In recent years,gymnastics has become more and more popular,but there is still a certain gap in the popularity of rhythmic basketball.6-8 years old is the key period for the development of children’s physical quality and the cultivation of artistic expression.Therefore,this study conducted 16 weeks of basic rhythmic gymnastics training for girls aged 6-8 in Chongqing Forest Experimental Primary School,and compared and analyzed the impact of basic rhythmic gymnastics training on students’physical quality and artistic expression at this age according to the experimental results,So that schools and parents can more intuitively see the positive impact of learning rhythmic gymnastics on practitioners’ physical quality and artistic expression,and provide an empirical basis for further promoting the popularization and campus of rhythmic gymnastics.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,the girls aged 6-8 in Chongqing Forest Experimental Primary School were divided into 15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group.Before the experiment,the homogeneity of height,weight,physical quality and artistic expression of the experimental subjects was tested,and there was no significant difference,which provided a guarantee for the conclusion of this study.At the same time,in order to ensure the scientificity and effectiveness of the experiment,the experimental group carried out 16 weeks of rhythmic gymnastics basic training intervention,three classes per week,each class for 2h,and there was no additional physical and dance exercise except routine physical education;The control group did not carry out basic rhythmic gymnastics training,and there was no additional physical and dance exercise except routine physical education.After the teaching experiment,the two groups of objects were tested again,and the test data were used by spss26 0 for analysis.The research results are as follows:(1)After 16 weeks of rhythmic gymnastics basic training intervention,the overall physical quality of the experimental group improved significantly.The test scores of strength quality,flexibility quality and sensitivity quality before and after the experiment had a very significant difference by paired sample t-test(P<0.01),there was a significant difference before and after the experiment of endurance quality(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference before and after the experiment of speed quality(P>0.05);(2)There was no significant difference in the test results of physical fitness indexes in the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05);(3)After 16 weeks of rhythmic gymnastics basic training intervention,the movement posture,basic movement level and total score of artistic expression in the experimental group were significantly different before and after(P<0.01).(4)There was no significant difference in the test results of artistic expression between the control group and the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).It is concluded that:(1)Rhythmic Gymnastics through a variety of training methods and various body movements to enable students to achieve balanced development of muscles and full stretching of joint ligaments.At the same time,rhythmic gymnastics complete set of movement training can enhance the aerobic endurance and coordination ability of the body.Therefore,through 16 weeks of rhythmic gymnastics basic training,the strength quality,flexibility quality,endurance quality and sensitivity quality of girls aged 6-8 can be effectively improved;(2)16 weeks of basic rhythmic gymnastics training did not significantly improve the speed quality of girls aged 6-8;(3)After 16 weeks of basic training in rhythmic gymnastics,girls aged 6-8 have significantly improved their artistic expression as a whole;(4)Ballet,complete sets and other training in the basic training of rhythmic gymnastics make students’ body movements more stretch and posture more beautiful.Therefore,16 weeks of basic training of rhythmic gymnastics can significantly improve the movement posture and basic movement level of girls aged 6-8 years.To sum up,16 weeks of basic rhythmic gymnastics training has a positive impact on the physical quality and artistic expression of girls aged 6-8. |
