By market factors of competitive sports to promote in large load,fast rhythm and short cycle direction is developing rapidly,frequently participating athletes,broke the traditional big cycle training theories,in order to "whereas,in combination with the motto,to test training effect has become a way of normalized training,differentiation of sports training,professional and rationalization put forward higher request,therefore,Pre-competition training has become an important research hotspot in competitive sports training.Pre-match training is made up of several stages of the organism,the core of every stage is the rationality of the load arrangement and the relation of before and after special training before the training set is the difficulty of project characteristics,individual athletes,environmental conditions and coaches after shaking style be in harmony are an organic whole,every good athlete’s pre-game training program is unique,therefore,Pre-race training has great research value and significance.This study takes CAI Muke,an excellent young swimmer,as the research object in the training of water load before the Second National Youth Games in 2019,and adopts methods such as literature,expert interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.This paper systematically analyzed and studied the contents,load characteristics and training rules of water load arrangement in each stage of CAI Muke’s pre-race training,and obtained the following conclusions:1.CAI Muke’s pre-match training for the Second Youth Conference is a short period of training plan,the whole plan is 7 weeks in total,which is divided into four stages: special increment period,special intensity period,special consolidation period and pre-match adjustment period.Due to the abnormal fluctuation of biochemical indexes in the intensity period,a half-week adjustment period was arranged in the late intensity period.In fact,the whole cycle had five stages.2.In terms of the water load arrangement,the load of the special increment period and the intensity period is at the high point.The medium and high intensity aerobic content is more concentrated in this stage,and the content of anaerobic intensity is relatively less.The total load reached a low point during the pre-match adjustment period,and only a small amount of medium and high intensity was used to awaken the competitive state.Except for the temporary adjustment period,the load arrangement is basically consistent with the characteristics of the training mode formulated before the race.3.CAI Muke’s biochemical index test results showed that the biochemical index values in the training process of other stages fluctuated within the normal range,except that the body had a large reaction and fatigue accumulation at the end of the intensity,indicating that the training load was adapted to the requirements of strong physical recovery ability and good training status4.The results and competitive state of the Second Youth Association show that CAI Muke has strong competitive ability and stable competitive state,and has well completed the set task and goal of the main event.Cai Muke’s performance in the sub-event is not ideal,mainly because the goal set by the coaching team is to protect the main and vice president,and the secondary event assists the main event,and the entire pre-game training water load arrangement is mainly set around the main characteristics.From the perspective of the overall goal of the competition,Cai Muke’s pre-game training preparation plan and load arrangement are reasonable. |
