Smart education has become a new trend in the development of education informatization,and it is also an important product of the combination of modern education theory with big data analysis,artificial intelligence and other technologies.The state has issued a number of policies to promote the innovation and reform of education mode and the use of education resources,so as to adapt to the development of education in the intelligent environment.The development of smart education is based on the efficient acquisition,analysis and effective organization of educational data and educational resources.Since the development of related open data and other projects,massive Semantic Web data and RDF data have been released.As an important open field of open data,education data sets are increasing rapidly,but their multi-source,heterogeneous,and difficult to efficiently organize and use are becoming more and more serious Gradually highlighted,these restrictions make a lot of educational resources have not been reasonable and efficient use.Knowledge Graph in the field of education can aggregate data at the knowledge level and play a positive role in the organization and utilization of educational resources.The main work of this treatise is as follows:(1)This treatise investigates and analyzes the open data resources of education in China.China’s open data website contains a large numer of education data,and other online education platforms also contain a large number of open education resources.This treatise analyzes the current application of open education data,and proposes the use of knowledge Graph to organize open education data.(2)Construct the knowledge model of educational resources knowledge Graph.Design open data and open standards driven knowledge Graph construction method,combined with the results of data source investigation and analysis,analyze the table data structure and construction task;according to the construction scheme,first of all,construct the knowledge pattern of knowledge Graph,construct the education ontology including 23 classes,12 relationships and 20 attributes,and give the overall structure diagram and serialization representation of the ontology,education ontology can help Help to solve the heterogeneous problem of open format and data mode of data set.(3)Data extraction and storage of knowledge Graph of educational resources.According to the range of data source selected in the process of knowledge pattern construction,the data source of data layer is selected and pre-processed.Entity recognition and URI design are carried out on the processed data.Then entity and relationship are extracted,and knowledge fusion is carried out on the extracted results.The results of knowledge fusion are expressed in RDF form and stored in entity and relationship table group in CSV format.Neo4j is used as the reference As a tool of knowledge storage,nodes and relationships are imported in the form of load CSV to generate knowledge Graph of educational resources.(4)The application of education resource knowledge Graph.This treatise designs the application requirement background and application framework of the knowledge graph of educational resources,introduces the query language of neo4j,and carries out the query of nodes and relationships.Based on the above query operation,this treatise extended application of knowledge graph in Smart Education.The innovation of this treatise is to explore the integration of open data and knowledge graph based on the reality of China’s education open data,construct the education ontology in the field of open education data,and solve the problems in the process of constructing knowledge graph based on tabular data,so as to unify the mode of Open Education data set New ideas and methods are put forward in the aspects of data integration application and table data construction knowledge graph.
