This paper is mainly based on the study of biology education in Senior high schools in Tibet.Education in Tibet has always been a problem,especially for the children of farmers and herdsmen.Before the peaceful liberation of Tibet in 1951,Tibet was a slave society.The educational situation in Tibet was as follows: only 5 percent of the people were educated and 95 percent were illiterate.The educated were mostly aristocrats and a few monks,while nearly all the farmers and herdsmen were illiterate.They were born without the right to education,and their children also had no right to education.After the liberation of Tibet,the boom of education enabled most students to attend school.However,as this vast land was in urgent need of labor,worsened by farmers and herdsmen’s limited education and imprisoned mind,most of the parents attached little importance to children’s education.As a consequence,it’s urgent that such students should be educated..Since the peaceful liberation of Tibet in 1951,under the great care of the Party and the state,a large amount of investment has been made in the education of the Autonomous Region,and with the assistance of various educational policies provided by the Party and the state,Tibet’s education has made a qualitative leap forward.However,due to the weak educational foundation and the relative lack of its own educational resources and hard and soft strength,Although qualitative improvement has been made compared with before the peaceful liberation of Tibet,there is still a big gap compared with the developed areas along the southeast coast of China.This paper will carry out targeted teaching for the children of farmers and herdsmen by changing the traditional teaching method of "full teaching" and by means of guiding learning plan as the carrier.The students in the first grade of the author’s school are selected as the research object,and two experimental classes and two control classes are randomly selected.After learning the attitude of students and their parents towards learning through questionnaire,we will learn and communicate with teachers of the subject group and experienced teachers of the school about how to design a guided learning plan that meets the learning situation of our students according to existing resources.Tracking and timely feedback on student’s study present situation to students of high school biology mid-term grade as feedback index of detecting these teaching methods,combined with the feedback in class,class assignments,group learning each other mutual evaluation conducted a comprehensive analysis and evaluation,which is more effective to evaluate learners’ case for the value of the Tibet agriculture herdsman children.I will analyze and summarize the two large-scale examinations by using the form of questionnaire,interview and discussion,combined with the data analysis method of SPSS.Through the analysis of statistics,we found that under the teaching mode of the guided learning plan,students’ learning efficiency has been significantly improved.With a small base of native students in Tibet,bold educational reform is a very good pilot.Through two large-scale examinations,the author obtained through strict data analysis that the guided learning plan teaching is more suitable for our Tibetan students than the conventional teaching,and more favored by students,indicating that the teaching mode of guided learning plan is conducive to promoting the learning of Tibetan farmers and herdsmen’s children.At the same time,through the efforts of the subject group,the subject group has prepared a guide plan in line with the school’s own learning situation,which is printed and distributed to students as school-based textbooks.As a member of Education in Tibet,in order to realize the fairness of education in China,the education in Tibet cannot be left behind.We should pay more attention to the education in Tibet and narrow the gap with other regions to a greater extent.This paper conducts practical research on the education of Tibetan farmers and herdsmen’s children in the form of a guide case,which provides a reference for the reform of Tibetan high school education and has positive reference and practical significance for solving the educational difficulties of Tibetan farmers and herdsmen’s children.At the same time,the author believes that with the care of the state,preferential policies,the help of brother provinces and their own efforts,Tibet’s education will certainly take off.
