| Scientific activity records are material materials for children to record their exploring process in activities, which is an important carrier for children to restore their thinking and experience acquisition process, reviewing their own records can enable children to review their experience, and constantly stimulate reflective thinking in the process of review. However,in practice, teachers rarely organize children to review their records, and the records made by children are mostly used by teachers to make environmental creation materials,or directly put into the children’s growth file bag,so that the value of the records made by children is not fully reflected. As one of the components of children’s learning quality, reflective ability is the key ability of children’s experience transformation and an important quality required for children’s subsequent learning, but in the existing relevant research, the score of this dimension of children’s reflection ability is often low and easy to be ignored. Therefore, this study attempts to apply the records made by children to promote the development of children’s reflective ability, aiming to explore the role of joint review of scientific activity records in improving the reflective ability of top class children, and further enrich the relevant content of the development of children’s reflective ability in kindergarten,in order to provide some methods and ideas for preschool teachers to expand the use of children’s records in practice, pay attention to and improve children’s reflection ability, and use children’s records to improve children’s reflection ability. In this study,4 top class children were selected as the research object in Chongqing X Kindergarten, and the research method was mainly based on the experimental method, and the reflective ability of 4 children was pre-tested by using the adapted "Observation and Evaluation Table of Reflective Ability in the Learning Quality of 5-6-year-old Children".Then, with "Joint Review of Scientific Activity Records" as the independent variable,a total of 11 joint review of scientific activity records were performed on 4 top class children for 2 months. Finally, the "Observation and Evaluation Table of Reflective Ability in the Learning Quality of 5-6-year-old Children" was used to post-test the reflective ability of 4 top class children.Combined with the collected data, the results of the before and after tests of the reflection ability of four children and the records of the four children and researcher jointly reviewed the scientific activity records were analyzed by a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis.s,and the developmental characteristics of the children’s review in the joint review were summarized, and on this basis, the stages and overall characteristics of the development and change of the children’s reflection ability were sorted out,so as to explore the role of the joint review of scientific activity records in improving the reflective ability of top class children. This study concludes as follows: First,by jointly reviewing the records made by top class children in scientific activities, the reflective ability of top class children can be effectively improved.Second,in the process of reviewing the records of scientific activities together, the development of children’s reflective ability has gone through similar stages, that is,from the point reflection stage to the linear reflection stage,to the multiple reflection stage, and finally to the three-dimensional reflection stage.Third,in the process of jointly reviewing the records of scientific activities, the development of children’s reflective ability shows the characteristics of increasing reflective awareness, reflection level from shallow to deep, gradual diversification of reflection dimensions and spiral of reflective ability. Finally, this study puts forward educational suggestions for kindergarten teachers from three aspects: jointly reviewing the records made by children is an effective way to improve children’s reflective ability, improving teachers’ guiding awareness and skills in joint review records, and carrying out home co-education to extend the field of joint review records. |
