According to the data of the seventh census,China’s population has exceeded 1.4billion,among which the mobile population is as high as 375 million, and the mobile population has increased significantly. At the same time,China’s aging situation is serious, the "two-child policy" policy does not fundamentally improve the fertility rate, and the role of the mobile population in regulating the population structure and alleviating aging has been shown. However,as the migrant population leaves their hometowns and enters unfamiliar cities,it is difficult for them to find a sense of belonging and happiness, and they cannot devote themselves to work and life, which further restricts the economic and social development. In recent years, many cities have enacted policies to attract talents to settle in their cities and subsidies. The purpose of these policies is to help the migrant population integrate into society faster, gain a sense of belonging and happiness faster, and provide more impetus for urban development. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the mechanism of social integration on subjective well-being for the mobile population. The paper firstly defines the mobile population and other related concepts, and on the basis of literature review and related theories, divides social integration into four dimensions and health status into self-rated health and mental health;secondly, analyzes the influence relationship between different dimensions of social integration, health status and subjective well-being,puts forward 16 research hypotheses, and constructs a theoretical impact of social integration of mobile population on subjective well-being model;finally, based on the individual questionnaire data from the 2014 individual questionnaire on social integration and mental health of the mobile population, descriptive statistics, normality test, and reliability test were analyzed on the data, which were used to conduct an empirical study of structural equation modeling, followed by mediating effect analysis and robustness test.By analyzing the effect sizes and influence paths between social integration, health status, and subjective well-being,the following conclusions were drawn.(1)Among the social integration dimensions, economic integration, psychological integration and identity have a direct effect on subjective well-being,with influence effects of 0.074,0.121 and 0.082,respectively,where the direct effect of the cultural adaptation dimension is not significant;the effects of self-rated health and psychological health on subjective well-being are also highly significant, with influence effects of 0.174 and 0.238,respectively.(2)Self-rated health played a significant mediating role in the relationship between economic integration, acculturation, psychological integration, identity and subjective well-being;psychological health played a mediating role between economic integration, acculturation, psychological integration and subjective well-being,while the mediating effect of psychological health on identity on subjective well-being was not significant.(3)Psychological health and self-rated health mediated the chain effect between economic integration, acculturation, psychological integration and subjective well-being,while the chain mediating effect of psychological health and self-rated health on identity on subjective well-being was not significant.Based on the above findings, the paper proposes countermeasures to improve the subjective well-being of the migrant population in five aspects: improving income level and ensuring stable employment;promoting cultural characteristics and enriching cultural life;actively guiding communication and accelerating psychological integration;optimizing management system and providing equal services;increasing health promotion and improving social security.and suggestions.
