| In recent years,in order to solve the problems of grass-roots governance and explore the path of grass-roots governance,the country has begun to build and develop township(street)social work stations and the station social work as an important main body of social work stations has gradually developed and expanded.However,under the influence of the traditional grass-roots community governance structure,the professional actions of resident social workers are restricted by multiple constraints from other grass-roots governance subjects,which limit the professional value of resident social workers.Therefore,it is very important to study the dilemma of resident social workers participating in community governance.In order to explore the dilemma of resident social workers participating in community governance and promote the better participation of social work majors in grass-roots governance,this study takes professional practice as an opportunity,takes Giddens ’s "duality of structure" theory as the research perspective,selects resident social workers from F social work station in Mianyang City,Sichuan Province as the research The governance structure and the initiative of resident social workers summarize the action dilemma faced by resident social workers in participating in community governance,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the action dilemma.The study found that due to the constraints of the resources and rules of the community governance structure,there are four dilemmas in the process of resident social workers participating in community governance: insufficient strength to participate in governance,loss of professional governance status,difficulties in cultivating residents’ autonomy,and difficulty in maintaining service effectiveness.According to the above dilemmas,the author puts forward optimization suggestions from four levels: first,at the institutional level,improve the collaborative governance structure and expand the independent space of social workers;second,at the industry level,implement industry assessment standards and build an industry supervision system;third,at the professional level,implement the final elimination mechanism and improve professional services level;fourth,at the level of social work,establish a professional value concept and improve the talent cultivation mechanism.In a word,station-based social workers are playing an increasingly important role in the two fields of social work and grass-roots communities.The further study and solution of the dilemma of station-based social workers in community governance is conducive to the better development of station social workers.I would like to use this research to provide experience and reference for the relevant research of other station social workers. |
