| Since family planning became a basic national policy in 1982,it has succeeded in containing the strong population growth in our country and relieving the pressure on resources caused by population growth. However, the fertility rate has declined in recent years, and our population situation once again faces a dire situation.China continues to be a developing country with problems with countries such as Korea,Singapore and Italy,as well as low fertility rates, where fertility problems in developed countries are characterized by healthy and sustained economic and social growth, while social impact should not also lead to economic shock.According to data published on the website of the National Bureau of Statistics, the working-age population has declined since 2013.The working-age population will reach 1.1 billion in 2013 and 965 million in 2021.Since the decline of the working-age population is indisputable,it would be interesting to examine how human capital can contribute to economic growth in the context of declining fertility.Domestic and foreign literature has been read on the theory of human capital and economic growth. This paper analyzes the relationship between economic growth and economic growth.Human capital;Economic Growth. There are two questions: First, how does fertility affect economic growth? Secondly, can human capital be used to compensate for the negative economic effects of low fertility?Secondly, based on the selected indicators, human capital, fertility rate and economic growth are measured and analyzed. Then the panel regression and spatial Dubin regression models were used to analyze the variables, and the heterogeneity was analyzed. Finally, the empirical results came to the following conclusion: First, fertility and human capital make a significant contribution to economic growth.Second, side effects of human capital and a good fertility space, such as the spatial concentration effect, directly and indirectly affect human capital significantly affect fertility, but at the moment, fertility can use insufficient fertility rates to compensate for its negative effects.Thirdly, the different impacts of human capital and at the three levels of fertility on economic growth in the eastern, central and western regions could suggest a sound regional policy that would provide a reasonable flow of movement and reduce regional economic disparities.Based on the findings of this study, this article begins with the improvement of human capital in China, and ends with the implications of promoting balanced economic growth in China.Related policies and recommendations that would complement the studies were also put forward.A review of the literature suggests that although there have been minor innovations in indicator selection and the use of models in this research, several flaws remain, such as insufficient detail in indicator self-selection and institutional analysis.Hopefully improve in later learning. |
