| It has been two years since the release of the ’ double reduction ’ policy.Chenzhou City has basically achieved full coverage of schools in primary and secondary schools in the implementation of the policy.While striving to reduce students ’ academic pressure,it has also carried out rich after-school services for interest cultivation,thus promoting students ’physical and mental health.In the process of policy implementation,the development of school sports has entered a new chapter,and campus basketball is also facing new opportunities and challenges under the influence of the " double reduction " policy.This study takes the current situation and countermeasures of primary school campus basketball in Chenzhou City as the research object,and uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical analysis method,logical analysis method and expert interview method to analyze the current situation of primary school campus basketball in Chenzhou City under the influence of the " double reduction " policy,and investigates the participation and willingness of primary school students in Chenzhou City.The basic situation of school physical education teachers;the content and form of school basketball activities and the basketball venues and facilities of the school are analyzed.The results show that :(1)Chenzhou primary school students like basketball more,occupy a more prominent proportion in all kinds of sports,but on the whole,most of the students and parents are willing to spend time in school,resulting in the overall point of view of the students ’ average basketball often and frequency is insufficient.(2)From the survey,it is found that physical education teachers in primary schools in Chenzhou City are difficult to meet the high-quality requirements of physical education at this stage.In addition to completing the teaching tasks stipulated in the syllabus,physical education teachers also need to carry out after-school service teaching.In addition to the heavy teaching of teachers,in addition to the lack of overall physical education teachers,the number of basketball teachers in the special physical education teachers is also relatively lacking,which is not conducive to the organization and development of campus basketball activities.(3)From the student questionnaire found that students for the school basketball curriculum content and quantity there are still some dissatisfaction.In the basketball course content,because the teaching content is relatively fixed,the form lacks innovation in interest;in terms of quantity,due to the small number of physical education courses in schools,the implementation of the syllabus to basketball programs is even more inadequate.(4)School basketball court and basketball equipment can meet the needs of daily basketball teaching tasks,but from the campus basketball development,to meet the needs of students for extracurricular basketball court there are still some deficiencies;in the afterschool training,students also need to buy their own basketball to meet the teaching conditions of a handball,which restricts the development of campus basketball. |
