Synchronized skipping rope is derived from traditional skipping rope.On the basis of traditional skipping rope,music,gymnastics,martial arts and other elements are added.It attracts the participation of the majority of teenagers.With the decline of students’ physical fitness and the promulgment of the "double reduction" policy,children’s physical health has been paid more and more attention,and extracurricular sports training institutions have sprung up like bamboo shoots.How to effectively improve the teaching quality and promote the development of students’ physical quality has become a big problem.In this paper,by referring to relevant materials,the design of synchronized rope skipping teaching program,the use of teaching experiment method,select the students of Guilin Feifeng Primary School in grade 5 of two classes before the experiment test,the indicators are not significant difference,then the two classes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group students for 10 weeks of synchronized rope skipping teaching.Control group students received regular physical education for 10 weeks,and after the experiment,the experimental post-test was carried out,and the questionnaire was collected.Based on the analysis of the measured data,the conclusion is drawn to explore the role of synchronized skipping rope in improving the physical quality of students,providing reference for enriching the content of physical education in school and promoting the development of students’ physical quality.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of body shape,there was no significant difference between the height and weight of students(P>0.05),indicating that a short time of synchronized rope skipping teaching could not significantly improve the height of students and reduce the weight of students.(2)In terms of physical function,the spirometry test scores of the experimental group students increased significantly,with a significant difference(P<0.01),while the spirometry test scores of the control group students before and after the experiment increased significantly,with a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the figure skipping rope teaching compared with conventional physical education,Can more effectively improve the students’ lung capacity,improve the students’ physical function.(3)In terms of physical fitness,the experimental group of students in one minute rope skipping performance change is very obvious,there is a very significant difference(P<0.01),students in 50 meters running,one minute sit-up,50 meters ×8 round trip running changes significantly,there is a significant difference(P<0.05),students in the sitting body forward bending performance change is not obvious,There was no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that 10 weeks of synchronized rope skipping training had a significant effect on the improvement of speed,speed endurance and endurance,but had no significant effect on the improvement of flexibility.
