Analysis Of The Technical And Tactical Application Characteristics Of Women’s-57kg Athletes At The 2022 World Taekwondo Championship

The 2022 world taekwondo championships for the world taekwondo league on September 1,revised the new rules of the first world championships,China’s women taekwondo athletes Luo Zong Shi as the first won the world championship women-57 kg level champion,and with its Olympic points ranking is likely as the Chinese taekwondo team to attend the 2024 Paris Olympic Games,women’s-57 kg level athletes technology and tactical changes need special attention.This paper in the 2022 world taekwondo championship women-57 kg level athletes tactics for research object,select the 16 athletes 15 games,the analysis of athletes use statistics,and using literature method,expert interview method,video observation method,mathematical statistical method,summarizes the characteristics of the athletes,provide data support and theoretical basis for the women’s taekwondo team in Paris2024 Olympic Games preparation.This paper concludes the following specific conclusions:(1)The boxing technology is used 57 times in the women’s-57 kg level of the 2022 World Taekwondo Championship,among which the utilization rate of the straight hand is 75.43%,and the utilization rate of the straight hand is only 24.56%,and the effective score of the boxing is all completed by the straight hand.(2)Foot technology was used 2007 times in the women’s-57 kg level at the 2022 World Taekwondo Championships,The most used technique was the push-kicking technique(37.98%),And the technology with the highest effective score(62 points)and the proportion of the effective score(35.43%),Push and kicking technology is the leading technology of the athletes of this level;The technical utilization rate of other feet is front horizontal kick technology(35.77%),rear horizontal kick technology(17.59%),lower split technology(4.38%),rear kick technology(2.14%),hook technology(1.59%),backspin technology(0.45%),cyclone kick technology(0.10%);The technique with the highest success rate was the lower split technique(7.95%).(3)In terms of winning score technology,the highest utilization rate of 2 points is the leading technology of this level,with the highest utilization rate(75.68%)and the highest effective score(53.11%);the 4 points(10%)has the highest technical success rate,the second of 3 points(5.71%);the use of 1 points and 5 points is the least.(4)In terms of the technical application mode of the women’s-57 kg level of the 2022 World Taekwondo Championship,the single hit technology is the main one,and the use times and utilization rate were 269 and 19.28 percentage points higher than the combined technology respectively.(5)In the tactical application of women’s-57 kg level in 2022 World Taekwondo Championship,the utilization rate of active offensive tactics(49.77%),success rate(4.94%)and effective score(64.85%)are the main tactics of offensive tactics(21.66%)and effective score(13.86%)are second only to active offensive tactics;counterattack tactics and dependent tactics are the least,but the success rate of dependent tactics(2.83%)is second only to active offensive tactics,and the score effect is remarkable.
