| In July 2021,after the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage(hereinafter referred to as the "double reduction" policy),the twoway promotion of on-campus and off-campus to reduce the burden on students was also carried out in and out of school, and also with the reform of the Zibo Physical Education Middle School Entrance Examination and the requirements of the new curriculum reform.Classroom teaching is facing a group of students with different personalities and distinct personalities, and the existing teaching mode of physical education of Zibo Zhangdian Oriental Bilingual School is a more acute problem due to the goal orientation of the teaching mode, insufficient pertinence, and relatively single teaching form.In this paper, the method of hierarchical teaching was used in the teaching of physical education in the second year of junior high school, and 82 students from the second grade of the junior high school of Zhangdian Oriental Bilingual School in Zhangdian District,Zibo City were used as experimental research objects, and the literature method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method, were adopted.Following the teaching principle of teaching according to aptitude, the impact of the implementation of layered teaching in the teaching of physical education in the second year of junior high school on students’ physical education examination results was studied.Improve the quality and effect of teaching, take the initiative to change, respond to the call of the "double reduction" policy, and hope to provide a theoretical basis for the development of stratified teaching of physical education in the second year of junior high school. It plays a certain role in teaching teachers to improve students’ physical education examination results. The results of the study showed that:1.Through experimental comparative analysis,it was found that there was no significant difference in the performance of the two shifts in the 1000 m and sit-up events, and there were significant differences in other events. Therefore, the stratified teaching method in the experimental class improved the test items of 800 meters, standing long jump,50 meter running and pull-up of the students in the class, and reduced the difference in performance between students at different levels, and the performance of the class using stratified teaching was greater than that of the control class using traditional teaching method.2.In the experimental class using stratified teaching, the technical level of students’ mastery of the project is better than that of the control class using traditional teaching methods.3.The progress of the control class in the traditional teaching mode is relatively small than that of the experimental class, the classroom atmosphere is not active enough, the diversity of practice methods is low,and the enthusiasm of students cannot be effectively mobilized;Layered teaching enhances students’ enthusiasm for participating in the classroom and cultivates students’ awareness of independent learning.4.Improve the level of teaching design of teachers by developing different teaching methods and goals for students at different levels. The conclusions are as follows:1.In terms of teaching effect, the layered teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in 800 meters, standing long jump,50 meter running, and pull-up events.2.The implementation of layered teaching helps students master technical actions and effectively improves the technical level of students’ projects.3.By changing the methods and means of traditional teaching in the past, fun exercises were carried out for the single teaching content in the classroom, which stimulated the interest of students with different stratifications in physical activities.4.Stratified teaching can effectively improve the professional level of classroom teachers during the implementation process. |
