A Study On The Integration Of Short-form Tennis Into After-school Sports Service Path In Primary Schools

To better promote the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students,the Ministry of Education announced new measures on July 13 to 2021 full coverage of after-school services,local governments have made arrangements to inform them of the hours,contents and modes of after-school services,and schools have actively carried out after-school services under the guidance of policies,however,judging from the social reaction in the process of implementation,there are still some problems.The subjective will of the Ministry of Education to introduce after-school delay service is good,the implementation of the specific content is to carry out“From the reality,a school case”,which on the development of services in the schools to take the initiative to carry out the consciousness of responsibility.In this paper,the short tennis into the primary school after-school delay sports service path as the research object,through the investigation of the current primary school after-school delay sports service development situation,and to carry out action research on short-form tennis in the after-school sports service of the Nanhu School District attached to the primary school of the Chinese Normal University as well as to analyze the problems existing in the process of implementation,and to find out the path of integrating short-form tennis into the after-school sports service of the primary school,the aim of this paper is to popularize the sport of tennis by taking the sports service after class as the grasp,and to provide reference for other projects to choose the path in the sports service after class.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:1、 the integration of short-form tennis into the after-school sports service in primary schools is a liberal education achievement that meets the development requirements of the Ministry of Education on the after-school sports service.Apart from enriching the activities of the after-school sports service,it is beneficial to the development of students’ body and mind and all kinds of qualities,and is beneficial to the construction of a healthy and harmonious campus culture.2、through the investigation of the delayed sports services after class in primary schools,it is found that the overall development of the delayed sports services after class in primary schools in Wuhan is not good,and the development of the delayed sports services after class in the form of short-form tennis is also restricted by this situation,at the same time,the development of short-form tennis in after-school sports service is restricted by the single allocation of teachers,insufficient attention of leaders,low awareness of the public,lack of venues and equipment.3、 the ways to promote the integration of short-form tennis into the after-school sports service in primary schools are as follows :(1)to improve the policy design and achieve higher-level leadership coordination;(2)to establish and improve the effective supervision mechanism;(3)to introduce extra-school resources;To optimize the school after-school sports service teachers;(4)to establish a diversified mode of promotion;(5)to expand funding channels,improve after-school sports service funds guarantee mechanism;(6)to establish and improve the performance evaluation and incentive mechanism;(7)to build a "Government support,school-led,social participation,family main body" four-in-one collaborative education system.
