Research purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of a-tDCS combined with unilateral training, single a-tDCS training and single unilateral training on lower limb explosive power.Research methods:This paper mainly adopts the method of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics.36 subjects were recruited and randomly divided into three groups:experimental group Ⅰ(a-tDCS combined with unilateral training,n=12),experimental group Ⅱ(a-tDCS combined training,n=12)and control group(unilateral training,n=12).In the first three weeks of unilateral training,80%1RM squat was used, and in the last three weeks,85%1RM squat was used. There were 5 sets in total,5 times in each group, and the interval between the groups was 3-4 minutes. After 6-week intervention training, test data were collected and analyzed using SPSS25.0 statistical software for indicators reflecting lower extremity explosive power(longitudinal jump height,run-up leg jump height, standing long jump,30 m sprint speed and CMJ).Results:(1)After 6 weeks of intervention training in experimental group Ⅰ,the longitudinal jump touch height, running foot jump touch height, standing long jump,squat1 RM,the maximum strength of single squat left leg,the maximum strength of single squat right leg,the relative maximum power of CMJ,the maximum power rate and impulse had very significant effects(p<0.01),30 m sprint had significant effects(p<0.05);(2)There were no significant effects on other indexes in experimental group Ⅱ except for the touch height of take-off,standing long jump,CMJ relative maximum power, maximum power rate and impulse(p<0.05);(3)In the control group, there were no significant effects on 30 meter sprint(p >0.05),and other indicators had significant effects(p<0.05);(4)After intervention, except for the standing long jump, other indexes in experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱhad significant effects, including 1RM of squat, the maximum strength of the left leg and the maximum strength of the right leg.In experimental group Ⅰ and control group, the maximum strength of left leg was significantly affected only in longitudinal jump height,one-foot takeoff height in run-up,30 m sprint and one-leg squat. In experimental group Ⅱ and control group, only 1RM squat, single leg squat maximum strength of left leg and single leg squat maximum strength of right leg had significant effects.Research conclusions:(1)a-tDCS combined with unilateral training has better improvement effect on lower limb explosive power, which is an effective training method for male college students in sports colleges to improve lower limb explosive power.(2)a-tDCS combined with unilateral training and single unilateral training can significantly improve the maximum strength of the left and right legs of 1RM squat and single leg squat, and the lifting effect of a-tDCS combined with unilateral training is better than that of single unilateral training, while single a-tDCS training has no significant improvement on the maximum strength of the left and right legs of 1RM squat and single leg squat.(3)The improvement effect of a-tDCS combined with unilateral training on each index of lower limb explosive power was better than that of single a-tDCS training and single unilateral training, and the effect of single unilateral training was better than single a-tDCS training.(4)a-tDCS combined with unilateral training, single a-tDCS training and single unilateral training improved the CMJ test indexes of subjects relative to the maximum power, maximum power rate and impulse changes, among which a-tDCS combined with unilateral training had the best improvement effect, but there was no significant effect between groups.
