| After socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the content and forms of Chinese people’s participation in national fitness have also been further developed.Then,the preparation for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics has promoted the leapfrog development of ice and snow sports in China,and ice and snow sports have begun to enter the public eye.The optimization of life style,people have joined the challenging and exciting skiing.With the snowballing expansion of the ski market,the public ski instructor comes in to being.people’s correct cognition of the concept of healthy sports and the vigorous development of national fitness.As the instructor of the public ski sports,it is not only a kind of existence,but also a kind of demand.As a result,the requirements for the instructor are higher and higher,and the role of the instructor is more and more important.The quality level of the instructor directly affects the development of ski sports,which also affects the promotion and popularization of ice and snow sports.In this study,the ski instructors in Shan Xi Province were investigated by the methods of literature,index system of the quality evaluation of the ski in structors in Shaanxi Province by referring to relevant materials and interviewing,and to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the quality of the instructors in Aoshan Ski Resort empirically.find out the deficiencies of the current quality of the ski instructor in Shaanxi Province,and provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the quality of the ski instructor in Shaanxi Province.:1.Through Delphi method,the quality evaluation index system of ski instructors in Shaanxi Province was established,including 38 indexes,including 3 first-level indexes,8 second-level indexes and 27 third-level indexes.2.At present,the ski instructors in Shaanxi Province have some problems,such as uneven distribution of gender and age,complex personnel composition,lack of highly educated talents,short years of guidance and lack of experience,and low salary level.3.The weight of the index system of quality evaluation of ski instructors in Shaanxi province is established by AHP.The weights of first-level indicators are in descending order from high to low: B skill quality(0.335),A knowledge quality(0.333)and C potential quality(0.332).Among them,the highest weight in B is teaching demonstration ability,the highest weight in A is specialized knowledge of skiing,and the highest weight in C is learning ability.4.Empirical research: The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of the instructors in Aoshan Ski Resort of Taibai,Shaanxi Province.The total score of the comprehensive evaluation was 75.72 points,the grade result was "average",and the overall quality neededt to be continuously improved.Suggestions:1.Linkage of colleges and universities in Shaanxi to cultivate high-quality talents.The training of professional and young new talents should first be oriented to sports colleges,comprehensive colleges,etc.For example,Yan ’an University actively cooperated with the provincial Winter Sports Association to carry out corresponding exchanges and cooperation forums on the theme of ski instruct or training and team construction,so as to make contributions to the cultivation of high-quality talents.2.Build Shaanxi ski sports events and promote the exchange and learning of ski instructors.In accordance with the folk culture characteristics of different regions in Shaanxi,ski sports events with local characteristics will be created to attract outstanding talents from various regions at home and abroad to gather together to enhance the theoretical and technical exchanges of ski instructors.3.Combined with "Internet +" technology,the ski instructor network training platform was built.Through the developed Internet and information technology at the present stage,a training platform is constructed to organically combine ski-related courses,training and news hotspots and update them in real time,so that ski instructors can master the latest ski information resources.4.Attach importance to the cultivation of recessive quality and give play to the core role of recessive quality.Attach importance to the mental health education of instructors,adjust their emotions to improve their career happiness,enhance their spiritual thoughts,and cultivate their patriotism.Change the managem ent mode,reflect the humanistic care,do things just,know how to use people,clear professional values,achieve irreplaceability.5.Focus on needs and motivate in a variety of ways.According to the survey,the average salary of Shaanxi ski instructors is low,and a variety of incentives are less,so that the enthusiasm of the ski guidance work is not high.A variety of incentive methods,the establishment of reward mechanism,appropriate distribution,pay differences,improve the quality of the work of the ski instructor,promote a virtuous cycle of the ski instructor team. |
