Research purpose: In judo,strength and the use of techniques are inseparable,and strength is the guarantee for the perfect and accurate application of techniques.Athletes are required to have good explosive power,and the completion of many movement techniques requires them to use explosive force to win the opponent.With the emergence of new judo rules,the strength requirements for athletes are higher.Having good lower limb explosive power is an indispensable physical fitness and athletic ability for female judo athletes,and having good explosive power can lay a solid foundation for athletes to play their skills and tactics in the competition.Research methods: This paper conducts a comparative experimental study on Vertimax squat jump training and traditional hexagonal barbell squat jump training,and explores the impact of Vertimax squat jump training on female judo athletes’ lower limb explosive force by using the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment,testing,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.The research results are as follows:1.After eight weeks of training intervention,in the comparison between the experimental group and the control group in the peak torque average difference of the right knee flexion,angular velocity 60 °/s,and the average power and the left knee angular velocity 60 °/s,the lifting effect of the two groups is similar,and there is no significant difference(P>0.05)2.In the comparison of the average difference of the peak torque of the right knee joint extension in the experimental group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);The average power p-value of the experimental group at the left knee joint flexion angle velocity of 60 °/s was 0.024,indicating a significant difference(P<0.05).There was a highly significant difference(P<0.01)in the comparison of peak torque at the left knee joint flexion angle velocity of 60 °/s.After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,there were significant differences(P<0.05)between the experimental group and the control group in the peak torque and average power of the right knee joint flexion and extension at 180 °/s,the peak torque of the right knee joint extension at 180 °/s,and the peak torque and average power of the left knee joint flexion at 180 °/s.4.After the experimental intervention,in the analysis of explosive force related test indicators between groups,it can be seen that except for 1RM,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Other data related to SJ takeoff time,SJ takeoff height,CMJ takeoff time,CMJ takeoff height,and 4jump explosive force index showed significant differences(P<0.05).5.In the test of 15 s Seoi nage power in the judo special test,both the experimental group and the control group had a significant increase(P<0.05),and the growth rate of the two groups was slightly higher than that of the experimental group and the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The research conclusion is as follows:1.Vertimax squat jump training can improve lower limb muscle strength better than traditional hexagonal barbell squat jump training,and the training effect is more significant.2.Vertimax squat and jump training and traditional hexagonal barbell squat and jump training have significantly improved in the lower limb explosive force test indicators,of which the traditional hexagonal barbell squat and jump training has significantly improved 1RM.3.Vertimax squat jump training and traditional hexagonal barbell squat jump training have improved the women’s judo athletes’ Seoi nage,and the impact of lower limb explosive force can effectively improve the movement speed of special Seoi nage.
