Explosive power is a manifestation of speed power,and speed power is an indispensable athletic quality in football.Therefore,it is very important to explore strength training methods to develop the explosive power of the lower limbs for improving the physical fitness level and even the competitive ability of athletes.Starting from the needs of the development of modern football,the needs of the development of football in my country,and the needs of football players’ lower body explosive training,combined with the current domestic and foreign strength training methods,which are complicated and in a relatively chaotic actual situation.Therefore,finding the best method of strength training for football players is a crucial task in football training and practical scientific research.This paper uses three different strength training methods,combined with the strength training cycle law,through experiments to compare the effects of the three on the explosive power of football players’ lower limbs,and expounds the differences of the three training effects.On this basis,it finds out the strength training methods suitable for football players to develop explosive power of lower limbs,which provides theoretical support for football physical training and practice in the future.In this paper,the literature on strength training and lower limb explosive force at home and abroad was obtained by using the literature method,which provided sufficient theoretical basis for the experimental design and result analysis of this study;The following indexes were selected by questionnaire and interview: deep squat 1RM,standing long jump,3x15 m turn back,10 m sprint,SJ,CMJ,EUR.The changes of each test and evaluation index before,during and after the experiment were analyzed and discussed by experimental method and mathematical statistics,and then the impact of three strength training methods on the explosive power of football players’ lower limbs was summarized.The research results show that:1.In the experiment,for squat 1RM,there are significant differences between traditional strength training and Cluster strength craining,traditional strength training and French contrast group strength training(P<0.05),Cluster strength craining and French comparison group There was a very significant difference between the Cluster strength craining(P<0.01);for EUR,there was a significant difference between the traditional strength training and the Cluster strength craining(P<0.05),and there was a very significant difference between the traditional strength training and the French contrast group strength training(P <0.01).2.After the experiment,the effects of the three strength training methods on squat1 RM and EUR are still consistent with those in the experiment;for 10 m sprint running,there is a very significant difference between the traditional strength training and the strength training of the French comparison group(P<0.01),There were significant differences between Cluster strength craining and French contrast group strength training(P<0.05);for CMJ,there were very significant differences between traditional strength training and Cluster strength craining,traditional strength training and French contrast group strength training(P<0.01).3.The traditional strength training improved the 1RM,3x15 m turn back,SJ of squatting at the stage of maximum strength improvement,and there was a very significant difference(P<0.01).At the same time,the negative impact on EUR was also very significant(P<0.01);CMJ increased significantly during the transition from maximum force to explosive force(P;In the full cycle training stage,the standing long jump and CMJ were significantly improved(P<0.05),the squatting 1RM,standing long jump,3x15 m turn back,SJ,CMJ were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the negative impact on EUR was also very significant(P<0.01).4.Cluster strength craining improves squat 1RM,standing long jump,SJ,and CMJ in the stage of maximum strength,and there is a very significant difference(P<0.01);CMJ was improved,and there were very significant differences;10m sprint running,CMJ improved significantly(P<0.05)during the complete cycle training phase,and squat 1RM,standing long jump,SJ improved very significantly.5.In the strength training of the French comparison group,squatting 1RM,10 m sprint running,SJ,CMJ,EUR all improved in the stage of maximum strength,and there were very significant differences(P<0.01);squatting 1RM in the stage of transition from maximum strength to explosive force Significant improvement of standing long jump,10 m sprint running,SJ,CMJ(P<0.01);3x15m reentry and EUR significantly improved in the complete cycle training phase(P<0.05),the improvement of squat 1RM,standing long jump,10 m sprint,SJ,CMJ is very significant(P<0.01).The research conclusions are as follows:1.In the stage of maximum strength improvement,the stage of conversion from maximum strength to explosive force,and the stage of complete cycle training,the effect of traditional strength training and Cluster strength craining on squatting 1RM is better than that of French contrast group strength training,and Cluster strength craining Strength training is superior to traditional strength training.2.Traditional strength training methods require a long training period to improve the standing long jump,which occurs in the complete cycle training stage;Cluster strength craining can significantly improve the standing long jump performance in the stage of maximum strength improvement;the strength training of the French comparison group is in the The stage of transition from maximal strength to explosive power improves standing long jump performance.3.Traditional strength training and French contrast group strength training can improve the performance of 3x15 m reentry better than Cluster strength craining.4.In the complete cycle training stage,the training effect of French contrast group strength training on 10 m sprint running is better than traditional strength training and Cluster strength craining,and Cluster strength craining is better than traditional strength training.5.There is no difference in the improvement effect of the three strength training methods on SJ performance,but the three strength training methods have produced very significant training effects in the stage of maximum force improvement,maximum strength to explosive force conversion stage and complete cycle training stage.6.In the complete cycle training stage,the training effect of French contrast group strength training and Cluster strength craining on CMJ is better than that of traditional strength training.7.The training effect of French contrast group strength training on EUR is better than Cluster strength craining and traditional strength training;traditional strength training methods have a negative impact on EUR.
