| As the last Toms Cup champion,Chinese Featherball team lost to Indonesia 3-0 in this year’s final.How to avenge their humiliation in the 2024 Chengdu Toms Cup is an urgent problem to be solved.This article aims to probe into the reasons for the failure of the men’s badminton team in the game and apply the research results to sports training.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,taking the factors of the technical and tactical failure of the 2021 Thomas Cup final of China Badminton team as the research object,based on the video data of the three matches between China and Indonesia in the final.Focus on the comparison of men’s singles and men’s doubles serve,serve receiving,front,middle and back court,the use of the last stroke technology,the use of tactics and the score and loss of the whole court,and combined with SPSS software for difference comparison analysis,the following results:(1)The players of both sides mainly choose to serve in Zone 1 and Zone 5.Although the success rate of Chinese players’ serve is higher than that of their opponents,the quality of their third stroke is generally passive;In the use of service techniques,players on both sides are mainly to rub and push the ball,the Indonesian team receives more direct points than our country.(2)In the stage of attack and defense,the number of Chinese men’s singles players in front court picking ball is higher than that of their opponents,the number of diving ball is lower than that of their opponents,there is no significant difference in the use of midfield technology between the two sides,and the combination of kill ball and drop ball in the back court is less;Chinese men’s doubles players in the middle court of picking and pushing techniques,mainly defensive,less attack from the back court.(3)Chinese athletes scored less than the Indonesian team,and there was no significant difference between the two sides in terms of mistakes.In the application of the last shot technique,Chinese men’s singles players mainly rely on killing the ball to score,the use of technology in the front court is little;The scoring rate of men’s doubles players is much lower than that of their opponents.(4)In terms of the use of tactics,Chinese men’s singles players mainly focus on hanging assault and defensive counterattack,while Indonesian men’s singles players are more inclined to control the net attack and push the bottom line.In men’s doubles,the proportion of defense and counterattack tactics used by Chinese players is the highest,while the proportion of attack in the center and attack in front of the Indonesian players is the highest.According to the results,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The service area of Chinese players is relatively concentrated,easy to be caught,lack of ability to change,can not bring pressure to the opponent;The application of receiving technology is not flexible,the return route is simple,and the preparation for receiving the backcourt ball is not sufficient.(2)In the phase of attack and defence,Chinese men’s singles players have poor awareness of net grab in front court,low return curve,and no reasonable planning of killing time in back court,which is easy to create passivity for their own side;Chinese men’s doubles players in the front court of the continuity is not strong,the backcourt of the downward pressure point is not in place,the overall coordination of mistakes.(3)In terms of the use and score of the last beat technique,Chinese players’ batting quality was not high,resulting in less active score than their opponents,and the proportion of the use of the last beat technique was not as balanced as that of the Indonesian team,with fewer means of scoring and more mistakes in key points.(4)In the use of tactics,the use of tactics by Chinese athletes is not flexible enough,the use of offensive tactics is too few,and the execution of tactics is poor. |
