In the twenty Major reports of the CPC,it is emphasized that education should give priority to development,promote the digital process of education,and implement the innovation-driven development strategy.In addition,the Outline of Action to enhance the Digital Literacy and Skills of the whole People also clearly requires students to have "digital literacy",so as to enhance the adaptability,competence and digital innovation ability of digital learning.In the document Information Technology Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022Edition),digital learning and innovation literacy is regarded as one of the core literacy of information technology discipline,requiring students to effectively manage the digital learning process and learning resources,effectively carry out exploratory learning,and creatively solve problems under the digital learning environment.Recognize the importance of original innovation to national development.However,in the current information technology course teaching,teachers adopt more traditional teaching mode,which makes it difficult to cultivate students’ digital learning and innovative literacy.However,project-based learning takes students as the main body,creates problems in real situations,and guides students to solve problems creatively in the form of group cooperation.Therefore,this paper applies the teaching model of project-based learning to junior middle school information technology class,enriching the research results on project-based learning teaching practice in junior middle school information technology class,and verifying the effectiveness of project-based learning in cultivating junior middle school students’ digital learning and innovation literacy.This paper adopts the literature research method to understand the current research status of project-based learning and digital learning and innovation literacy at home and abroad,defines the research purpose,research significance,research content,research methods and research ideas,and clarifies that the theoretical basis of the research is constructivism theory,pragmatism theory and multiple intelligences theory.Questionnaire and interview methods were used to investigate the current situation of junior high school students’ digital learning and innovative literacy,the construction of digital learning environment in schools and the application of project-based learning mode in information technology courses by teachers.According to the current situation of students’ digital learning and innovation literacy level,the advantages of project-based learning teaching design,the principles of project-based learning teaching design and the existing project-based learning link design,the project learning process frame diagram and project-based learning teaching design are formulated to cultivate and improve junior high school students’ digital learning and innovation literacy.On this basis,two rounds of project-based learning teaching action research,"Making Electronic Tabloid" and "Making Beauty Collection",are carried out.In practice,the process framework of projectbased learning is constantly reflected,improved and perfected.After teaching practice,the questionnaire and interview results of students are analyzed and sorted out,which verifies the effectiveness of project-based learning in cultivating junior high school students’ digital learning and innovation literacy.Finally,this study is summarized,and it is found that there are still some shortcomings,further exploration is needed in the future,in order to better cultivate the digital learning and innovation literacy of junior high school students.
