Research On The Development Path Of The Sports Industry In Gansu Province Under The Background Of The Sports Power Strategy

In the new era,the overall goal of the reform and development of China’s sports events is to achieve the development goal of a big sports country.To achieve this comprehensive task,we should follow the people-oriented principle,continue to reform and innovate,enforce the law and govern the body,coordinate and interact,continue to improve the level and effect of sports development,and adapt to the needs of the people for life.We should strive to make sports construction a signboard project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Gansu Province should comply with the development requirements of the times,seize the opportunity,vigorously develop the sports industry,and promote the sports industry to become the pillar industry of Gansu Province as soon as possible.Under the guidance of the national strategy of sports power,this paper deeply discusses relevant issues through literature research,mathematical statistics analysis,expert interviews,comparative analysis and logical reasoning.This paper systematically studies the development of sports industry in Gansu Province by means of analysis and other research methods,and analyzes the factors affecting the development of sports industry in Gansu Province by studying the current situation of the development of sports industry in Gansu Province and the problems existing in the development process of sports industry.Make a preliminary plan for the development path of sports industry in Gansu Province.The results are as follows:(1)In recent years,the sports industry in Gansu Province has actively responded to the call of the state,promoting the integration of the sports industry and traditional culture,tourism,teaching,health care and other industries by formulating industry construction plans,strengthening the guidance of policy measures,liberating the industry potential,and taking effective measures,and actively building the sports industry belt based on the "three major sectors",and has achieved remarkable results.Two sports industry demonstration bases,four sports industry demonstration units and four sports industry demonstration projects have been selected.The sports lottery industry has been developing steadily and has played a leading role in the development of sports industry in Gansu Province.Gansu Provincial Bureau of Sports is actively promoting the listing of the mixed-ownership sports industry group to implement the functions of funders and industry supervision.The group will closely combine the application fields of China’s stadium and gymnasium operation,sports event management,sports teaching and training,sports communication,sports tourism development,sports real estate development,etc.in the form of mixed-ownership to create an internationally competitive enterprise group,And establish an investment and financing platform to promote the integrated development of sports,tourism and business.In recent years,the development of sports industry in Gansu Province has made remarkable progress.Through continuous research and implementation,remarkable achievements have been achieved.(2)Problems existing in the development of sports industry in Gansu Province include insufficient industrial statistics,imperfect industrial laws and regulations,management system to be optimized,overall small industrial scale,irrational industrial structure,low integration of sports industry,and shortage of talents.(3)The development of sports industry in Gansu Province is affected by multiple factors,mainly internal and external factors;Internal factors include talent quality,scientific and technological level and innovation.External influencing factors include demand factors,policy factors,natural environment factors and regional coordination factors.Gansu Province should deeply grasp the rich connotation of the strategic requirements,establish the development goals of the sports industry,adhere to the reform and innovation development,promote industrial integration,achieve coordinated growth,improve the security system,promote the coordinated development of the sports industry and cause,drive the consumption of product residents,accelerate product updates,promote the development of the sports industry with technical innovation,implement precise policies,and build an efficient development of the sports industry market,To realize the sustainable and healthy development of the sports industry.
