Purposes: Stability as basic quality of sports training,it is a tennis player action mode and the important guarantee of sports performance, directly affect the athlete’ s athletic skills. The theory of functional training based on FMS and SEBT,not only conforms to the basic body posture and the training of human motion patterns,But also to a certain extent, can avoid the premature special and a series of problems. However,at present theory of functional training based on FMS and SEBT on the research of the stability of tennis player hit the ball also, effectiveness of standardized had been completed. Therefore,To help tennis athlete’ s daily training practice and research to provide the corresponding data to support, this research will be based on FMS and SEBT theory of functional training is applied to the adolescent tennis player. Methods: This study selected garden international hotel sports center 1 2 junior tennis players, were randomly divided into control group and the experimental group. The control group and the experimental group were carried out in accordance with the conventional structure of sports training teaching, then this basis, the control group according to traditional tennis training teaching, every time 9 0 min.Experimental group according to the subjects of FMS and SEBT score,To develop targeted, specific functional training scheme, each 90 min,6 times a week, for 12 weeks. In the training before and after 12 weeks of using FMS,SEBT,International Tennis Number(ITN)to evaluate the stability of two groups of adolescent tennis player.Results:(1)Before training, two groups of adolescent tennis athletes generally compare,FMS score comparison, comparison of SEBT score and ITN score comparison, there were no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)The control group after 12 weeks of the regular training of students, the squat step(P=0.053),hurdles(P=0.185),before and after the leg squatting(P=0.185),shoulder joint flexibility(P=0.083),and active straight leg knee(P=0.328),stable prone(P=0.328)and total score(P=0.588),there was no significant difference, compared with before, the spinning stability increased(P = 0.022),compared with before. The experimental group students after 12 weeks of functional training intervention, the experimental group before and after the students the squat(P=0.000),hurdle step(P=0.000),squat legs(P=0.001),shoulder joint flexibility(P=0.011),and active straight leg knee(P=0.043),stable hold over(P=0.005),spinning stability(P=0.000)and total score(P=0.000)were significantly increased, compared with before.Compared with control group, experimental group in functional screening active straight leg knee there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).And two groups of students functional action step screening of the squat, hurdles, before and after the shoulder joint flexibility, leg squatting, stable prone, spinning stability and total score, the experimental group was higher than control group, with significant difference(P <0.05).(3)The control group students after 12 weeks of regular training,Star Excursion Balance Tests ANT、ALAT、LAT、PLAT、POST、PMED、MED、AMED there was no significant difference, compared with before(P > 0.05),The experimental group students after 1 2 weeks of functional training intervention,Star Excursion Balance Tests ANT、ALAT、LAT、PLAT、POST、PMED、MED、AMED both were significantly increased, compared with before(P < 0.05).Compared with control group, experimental group students’ star offset balance test score in eight directions were higher than the control group, has a significant difference(P < 0.05).(4)The control group students after 12 weeks of regular training, bottom line depth of forehand, backhand, depth and stability and the bottom line of forehand, backhand, precision accuracy and stability there was no significant difference, compared with before(P=0.089,P=0.062,P=0.056;P=0.074,P=0.200,P=0.086).The experimental group students after 12 weeks of functional training intervention,Bottom line depth of forehand, backhand, depth and stability and the bottom line of forehand, backhand, precision accuracy and stability were significantly increased, compared with before(P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.001;P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.000).Compared with control group, the experimental group students’ bottom line depth of forehand, backhand, depth and stability, and the bottom line forehand, backhand, precision accuracy and stability are higher than control group, has a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Functional training based on FMS and SEBT can correct the wrong movement patterns of young tennis players and enhance the flexibility of shoulder joint, lower limb strength and core strength, thoracic stability, core stability and lower limb stability of young tennis players.(2)Functional training based on FMS and SEBT can not only significantly enhance the dynamic stability and basic athletic ability of junior tennis students, but also enhance the multidimensional stability ofjunior tennis players.(3)The functional training based on FMS and SEBT can improve the stability of forehand and backhand hitting of young tennis students and enhance their ball control ability. |
