| With the development of The Times,information technology has penetrated into all aspects of social life,and the progress of information technology has a great role in promoting the development of society.The fundamental task of the ideological and political class is to cultivate people by virtue.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to "promote the in-depth integration of information technology and ideological and political work",and use information technology to enhance the sense of the times and effectiveness of ideological and political courses.Teachers are the main implementer of educational activities.In order to promote the process of the influence of educational information modernization of ideological and political education,it is an important measure to improve the information literacy of ideological and political teachers.This paper combines high school ideological and political discipline with information technology.By combing and analyzing the domestic and foreign researches on teachers’ information literacy,combined with the characteristics of high school ideological and political discipline.This paper studies the information literacy of high school ideological and political teachers by means of literature research,comparative analysis and other research methods.It mainly includes the following parts.The first part is an overview of the information literacy of high school ideological and political course teachers,and focuses on the requirements of information literacy of teachers.This paper starts from the meaning of information literacy,combined with the subject characteristics of high school ideological and political class,summed up the requirements of high school ideological and political class teachers information literacy.It mainly includes taking keen political awareness as the first premise,understanding the nature and development law of information as the knowledge foundation,taking the integration ability of information technology and ideological and political courses as the core,and carrying forward the socialist core values as the moral code.It establishes a basic judgment standard for the subsequent research on the information literacy problems of teachers.The second part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the information literacy of high school ideological and political teachers.Although the overall information literacy of teachers is good,there are also problems such as insufficient development of information technology of high school ideological and political course teaching resources,extreme integration of information requirements and high school ideological and political course teaching quality,and information ethics and moral risks in course teaching.The main reasons lie in the lack of internal motivation and cooperation consciousness of teachers in information literacy,the weak ability of high school ideological and political teachers in curriculum integration with information technology,and the lack of awareness and ability of teaching information ethics.The explanation of this part provides an objective basis for improving the information literacy of teachers.The third part discusses the promotion strategy of information literacy of high school ideological and political teachers.Based on the analysis of the reasons,this paper focuses on seeking effective strategies to promote the information literacy of teachers from three aspects.First of all,the evaluation system of information teaching resources development is constructed.Secondly,strengthen the integration of information technology and high school ideological and political courses.Finally,strengthen the shaping of information ethics education ability of teachers. |
