caused the attention of the state.Later,the state introduced a series of policies to promote the development and exhibition of the physical education in middle school examination,and the proportion of the total score in the high school entrance examination has increased year by year.Schools,parents and students also pay great attention to physical education subjects.Functional training was originally used in the field of sports rehabilitation,but due to the unique role of functional training,it has attracted research by foreign experts,and it has been widely used in the field of competitive sports after experimental research.The physical education in middle school entrance examination is a comprehensive heath test for junior high school students,and the scores of the test are included in the total score of the middle school examination.Thus,in the school physical education teaching,the teaching and training method of the examination item has become an important task.A good teaching and training method can effectively improve students’ performance,and it is very necessary to establish a scientific,systematic,diverse and all-round teaching and training method in school physical fitness and reduce the injuries caused by sports,the functional motor screening(FMS)was used to screen out of the weakness of students,and targeted training plans are designed so that every student can get effective exercise.In this study,the documentation method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods were mainly used,and the students of the two classes of the third grade in Jinan No.5 Middle School were randomly selected as the test objects through cluster sampling.There are 48 people(24 males and 24 females in each group)in the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group conducts the classes according to the functional training teaching design,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching design for the class.During the experiment,there were 3 physical education lessons of 45 minutes every week,and the experimental period was 12 weeks,with a total of 36 lessons.Standardized tests were carried out on various indicators before and after the experimental group and control group,the mathematical statistical analysis was also carried out.The experimental conclusions are as follows:1.The data of functional motor screening(FMS)before the experiment showed that the test students had problems such as poor coordination,motor imbalance,and insufficient stability.Some test students had a certain risk of sports injuries,and some compensatory phenomena occur.2.Through 12 weeks of teaching experiments,the students in the experimental group improved their scores in functional motor screening(FMS)score,standing long jump,solid ball throwing,and special skills.The performance of 800-meter running for girls / 1000-meter running for boys was not significantly improved.The students in the experimental group chose the practice methods that were relatively in line with the sports items,which greatly improved the movement technique,developed the coordination of students’ large and small muscles and improved the quality of action completion.3.Through 12 weeks of teaching experiments,the students in the control group improved their scores in functional motor screening(FMS),standing long jump,solid ball throwing,800/1000-meter running,and special skills,but the improvement was smaller than that of the experimental group.The control group students chose the traditional physical training content,the training content was single,mainly developed large muscle groups,which resulting in uncoordinated large and small muscle groups and unstable technical movements. |
