| Learning ancient poetry is an important way to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture and also an important way to cultivate students’ core Chinese literacy.The depth of learning ancient poetry lies in improving students’ core Chinese literacy,expanding their knowledge of ancient poetry and improving their cultural and spiritual cultivation,rather than just staying at the level of fragmentation learning,shallow understanding and emphasizing one-sided exam taking ability.Therefore,integrating deep learning theory into the classroom learning of ancient poetry allows students to actively engage in learning,actively participate in classroom teaching,enhance their understanding of basic knowledge,integrate and transfer the learned content,cultivate higher-order thinking abilities,and promote students’ cultural confidence,language use,thinking construction,aesthetic creation,and other aspects,thereby promoting the occurrence of deep learning.This study will explore the following three questions: "What are the connotations and characteristics of deep learning of ancient poetry?" "What is the current situation of ancient poetry learning for middle school students?" "What teaching strategies are proposed to promote students’ deep learning of ancient poetry based on the connotations,characteristics,and current situation of deep learning of ancient poetry?".This study focuses on the above three issues and uses literature analysis to summarize the connotation and characteristics of deep learning from existing research results.Then,by integrating the stylistic characteristics of ancient poetry,the learning process and results of deep learning,the connotation of deep learning of ancient poetry is proposed,and four dimensional features of deep learning of ancient poetry are summarized,including "knowledge understanding","content construction","thinking cultivation",and "dialogue and communication".In order to gain a clearer understanding of the current situation of learning ancient poetry,this study adopts research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview,and designs a series of questionnaire and interview questions centered on four dimensions.It is found that there are the following problems in the learning of ancient poetry among middle school students: firstly,there is a shallow understanding of knowledge,with a focus on shallow memorization and memorization;Second,the content construction presents fragmentation and lacks the awareness of knowledge transfer;Thirdly,there is a lack of awareness in cultivating thinking,and higher-order thinking needs to be developed;Fourthly,dialogue and communication present a unidirectional state,lacking deep dialogue and communication.In response to the above issues,this study proposes the following teaching strategies to promote students’ deep learning of ancient poetry: firstly,integrating core Chinese literacy to promote deep understanding of knowledge;The second is to integrate the knowledge of ancient poetry and construct a knowledge network of ancient poetry and lyrics;The third is to integrate the concept of deep learning and cultivate students’ higher-order thinking;Fourthly,carry out diverse and in-depth dialogue activities to enhance the cooperative relationship between teachers and students.Given the coexistence of operability and theoretical nature of teaching strategies,this study integrates high-quality teaching examples from some renowned teachers,and combines the ideas of the teaching strategy section to provide feedback and analysis of the examples,in order to enhance the operability and scientificity of teaching strategies. |
