With the introduction of the sports reform policy of the high school entrance examination,the increase of the sports score of the high school entrance examination has aroused the high attention of schools,parents and students,and the endurance item in the sports test project is the difficulty of the sports training of the high school entrance examination.In recent years,the performance of the endurance project of the middle school students showed an overall downward trend,and the endurance project training of the high school entrance examination has always become the training subject difficulty of physical education teachers.Therefore,how to quickly improve the endurance project scores of middle school students is worth studying.The main purpose of this paper is to explore how to better use the endurance training means of middle school students,and how to effectively and systematically improve the endurance training level of middle school students.By referring to the sports regulations of Shanxi Province and the characteristics of the endurance items,the combined training method is proposed,and the influence of the combined training method on improving the endurance performance changes of the middle school students is studied.In this paper,using the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,we randomly selected the students from Class 355 and Class 343,Grade 3,Datong No.2 Middle School as the experimental objects.There was no significant difference in the physical indicators of the experimental subjects,including class 355 as the experimental class and class 343 as the control class.Before the experiment,the physical form,function,quality and endurance items of the two classes were tested,and records were made.Next,following the principle of single-blind experiment,the two classes were trained for 10 weeks according to the purpose of the experiment.In the training,the experimental class adopts the combination training method,and the control class adopts the traditional endurance training method,and monitors and records the experimental data throughout the whole process.After the experiment,the test data recorded during the experiment were statistically processed and analyzed to explore the influence of the two training methods on the endurance items of the high school entrance examination.The results of this paper show that:(1)There was no significant difference in height,weight or mean BMI between the experimental and control classes(P> 0.05).(2)After the end of the experiment,the boys(P <0.05),showed a significant difference in the basic heart rate,standing long jump,50 m and 600m(P <0.01);compared with the lung capacity,basic heart rate,the standing long jump,50 m and 50 m and 600m(P<0.05).(3)After the experiment,the 1000 m in the experimental class(P <0.01)from the control class(P <0.05).In addition,28% of the boys and 25% of the girls in the experimental class reached the full score standard,and the passing rate was 100% without the number.However,the full score rate in the control class was lower than that in the experimental class,80% of the students met the passing standard,and 20% of the students did not meet the passing standard.The main conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)The combination training method and the traditional endurance training method have little influence on the body morphology of middle school students.Through the10-week experimental intervention,it can be seen that the body shape of the experimental class and the control class has improved slightly,but there is no significant difference.(2)The application of combined training method is better to improve the physical function and physical quality than the traditional endurance training method.The combined training method combines aerobic endurance exercise,aerobic endurance special exercise and speed endurance exercise.The arranged leg strength exercise and physical fitness exercise can rapidly develop the cardiopulmonary function and endurance special physical fitness of middle school students.(3)The application of combined training method is better than the traditional endurance training method for middle school students.The combined training method has effectively developed the cardiopulmonary function and special endurance physical quality of middle school students.The small cycle combined training follows the principle of step by step to adapt to the exercise load,so as to improve the performance of endurance items in the middle school entrance examination.However,in the traditional endurance training methods,there are mainly problems such as small improvement of cardiopulmonary function of middle school students,poor application of training methods,and lack of endurance physiological education,which lead to the low improvement of endurance performance in the middle school students.(4)In the process of combined training method,special physical training and leg strength training can effectively develop the physical quality of middle school students,which has a positive impact on their endurance performance in the high school entrance examination.The relaxation activities after the training can effectively eliminate the lactic acid accumulation and reduce the injury rate,and ensure the smooth completion of the training task.In the correct face of "pole" phenomenon,the systematic education of middle school students,so that they understand the physiological mechanism and solution of "pole" is also one of the important reasons to improve the endurance results.
